WW Weekly Weigh In--- Part 2

WI this morning..........Lost 2.4lbs:cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:!!! I made my goal of being under 190lbs before my vacation to WDW Next Thursday! And if I lose next week I could win my families Biggest Loser Contest, right now my brother-in-law is winning by 1%...but I know I can do it!
Great Job Cepmom, a lose is a lose! I hope you have a great week, packing should count as an exercise:rotfl2:!!!

It just dawned on me that you are going to be in Disney the same week I am :idea:
Where are you planning on eating? We have ADR"s at 50's Prime Time, Kona Cafe, Teppan Edo, LeCellier and Cape May. Plus the Food and Wine Festival! :faint: I've never been to F&W before but I heard it was wonderful. I hope I don't go overboard :laughing:

I'll be on the lookout for you!

I know the men just have to sneeze and they lose 5lbs, I have to workout each day and eat wisely to just keep up! But this contest has been such a motivator for me, I am very competative!

We are staying at Pop Century,arriving later on 9/25. looks like we'll be in Epcot the same day, 9/29! We have an ADR for lunch at LeCellier and hoping to snack around the F&W festival for dinner. Looks like you have some great ADR"s planned. Have a great time and hope to see you around Epcot!

just back from weigh in. I gained 2 lbs this week :headache::sad2:I knew it was coming....I pretty much blew it all week (had one good day) I don't know why I do these things. It was that time of the month, so I was eating more than usual and let one bad day turn into a bad week. I hate when I do this. I did not meet my goal in time for my birthday or my Disney trip :guilty:

On a positive note, I still went and weighed in even though in the past I would have skipped weighing in knowing that it was going to be a gain. Anyway....going to be really good the next couple days before we leave for Disney and hope for the best while we're away. Wish me luck!

that's okay...you're going in the right direction! It's hard, but you have to keep in mind that all those little losses will add up over time. It takes time to figure out what works best for your body. Good luck this week!
 
I weighed in today and lost 3 pounds. I am now down 34.6 pounds since May 20th.


:woohoo:that's so awesome!!!!!!Congratulations on your loss....34.6 lbs in 4 months is so good! Don't you just feel so good now? It makes such a big difference physically and mentally to get healthier doesn't it?

WI today, I Gained 0.2lb this week, but still under my goal for this trip. Also, lost the biggest loser contest to my brother-in-law and sister this morning...by 1%, but I am still happy that I made my individual goal!!! Praying that I don't gain to much weight during this trip, but I'm not counting points, and eating what I want...I worked hard for this trip!!!!! I will be in WDW tommorrow:banana::banana:!!!!!
 
i weighed myself yesterday morning, but i forgot to post. i unfortunately gained 0.7 lbs. i was having a really good week and had actually lost 2 more lbs as of last friday, but then i started freaking out that i was loosing weight too quickly and that maybe i had some other health problem that was causing me to lose the weight too fast and so i started eating more. i'm going to stop thinking like that and just go with the weight loss and hope for the best. if i really do lose weight fast then i'll just go to the drs and get myself checked out.

i also really want to lose weight because i think i might be getting engaged soon and i've got to look good for that! haha. :thumbsup2

try not to weigh in between meetings....I find that it sets me up to overeat if I see that I am losing. I figure, "oh I'm doing so good....I guess I can eat a little more" then I lose track of what I'm doing and end up gaining by weigh in day.

yeah, that's so true! especially on the weekends. i weigh myself in the morning to see if i've lost and then for some reason i think, oh i've lost 2 lbs this week and then i eat more on the weekends because i'm usually home. maybe for this upcoming week, i'll try not weighing myself until i have completed a full week.

thanks for the congrats, he told me by the end of this year (but i secretly know he bought the ring!). :woohoo:

Yes it does feel great!!!! I have 15 more to get to my goal. I'm hoping by my birthday in November or by Christmas at the latest.

i lost 2.7 lbs this week, bringing my total to 4.2 lbs lost in the last 3 weeks. i think that's pretty good. i unfortunately still can't go to the gym because i screwed up my knee in august slamming into a door frame and it still hurts so bad. it's not healing because i have to walk a half-mile from my car to my building and it's uphill on the way back. stupid university won't let the grad students park anywhere near our buildings. it's probably time that i start icing it again.
