LPNmom...you'll get to your goal! 5lbs is so close...start writing eveyrthing down from now until you go on vacation and I'm sure those 5 lbs will just disappear. Summer time is soooo hard.
So far this week I'm doing well. I did go over my points by a bit yesterday but that's okay since I used a chunk on my weekly points. When I follow the plan, I allow myself one really high point day, then I use the rest of the weekly points throughout the week. My daily points are 21 which I find can be a challenge to just stick to those everyday.
I'm off to the grocery to get some good food in the house. My leader this week shared a treat idea with us this week....microwave a chocolate chocolate chip Vitamuffin, then take a WW Chocolate or Latte bar off the stick; Top the warm Vitamuffin with the WW ice cream. 2 points! Haven't tried Vitamuffins yet, but I plan on looking for them tonight and trying this out this weekend. Will report back!

. I was pretty good most of the week ~ I tracked each day. I even went to the Red Sox game last night and stayed on program...yay me!
i actually wasn't all that hungry feeling either, which was good.
That's very good for me, I am happy if it is one pound a week! I am getting close to having a BMI of 25, which would be a healthy weight. It will feel so great to know that I am not overweight anymore!! I am still planning on losing a few more pounds, for the looks and also as a kind of safety cushion. But I really hope that I will be able to maintain my weight once I got to my goal!
