I thought it might be fun if we post our weekly menus so we can get ideas from each other. I am always looking for new breakfast and lunch ideas.

great idea although I can't give you my weekly plan because it's a secret to me too...

But I can give you some ideas of different meals and products I like
I am working on making breakfast a priority, but my fall back is the fiber one oats and chocolate bar (2 points) w/ a piece of fruit. My problem is I don't like to get out of bed until absolutely necessary, so I eat on the run a lot...
I love Quaker Oats Weight Control Instant Oatmeal, especially the brown sugar and cinnamon. It's 3 points, but it has a lot of fiber and protein, so I find it sticks with me a long time, and it's easy. I tend to have this more as a snack or part of lunch than for breakfast.
For snacks I like fruit (apples, bananas, tangerines) and veggies/salads, hummus/pitas, and yogurt. I decided to try the FF plain yogurt, since it's a filling food. I add Fiber one cereal (0pts for 30 grams) and clementines. I do not like it by itself but w/ the additions it tastes alright. I'm still tweaking it. I do the 94% ff popcorn if I'm extremely hungry, because I tend to eat the whole bag (so 3 points). I also like Sara Lee 45 calorie bread (1 point for two) and Health Crunch bagels (3 points or 1 point for half). The bagels are found in
Walmart's refrigerated section next to the cream cheese.
We are cooking a turkey today because I promised my husband we could do a mini thanksgiving. we'll have turkey, have some stove top stuffing (I love this stuff, I'm sorry to say), and split a sweet potato... it'll be 8 points because we are skipping the gravy. I'll be making stuff like soup and casseroles from leftovers that I'll use for lunches and dinners.
I'm trying to cut out frozen meals because I'm trying to trim my grocery budget along with my waist. I'm just now getting back into cooking dinners and making enough for lunches, so I can't wait to hear whatever one else likes. I tend to get sick of many things if I eat it too much, so I'm always looking for new ideas.
Can't wait to hear what everyone else says!
