Hi. Mind if I join in? I started WW 3 weeks ago and things were going smoothly until the middle of this week when I went a little bugnutty and ate a lot of stuff I shouldnt have that I didnt have the points for. Im dreading getting on the scale tomorrow. I had done so well too. I had lost 10.8 pounds in two weeks. I just dont know what happened to me. Any suggestions?
Welcome! I cannot add anything to Mary Anne's suggestion to forget about it. You are doing well so don't let a sidestep throw you off!
Get on the scale and then forget about it. Get right on the progam again, draw on your success and forget about your blip. My leader always says, "it does't matter how many times you fall, what is more important is how many times you get up" You can do it! Please stay on this thread, there is a ton of encouragement to be found.

Forgot to post my weigh in. Thurday was weigh in and I lost 3.4 for a total of 38.4 lbs! Got back from Disney World on the 19th of January and I was definently struggling to get back on track for about a week or so. Things are looking better.
Excellent weight loss! I don't think you are alone with the struggle, but you did it and are back on track!
Today was my WI day; I was down 0.4, which I'm ok with. My last two weeks I had really good WI's and I tend to follow two big losses with one or two small ones. Plus, I've lost 42.4 lbs at this point and that's something I want to

about whenever I think about it. I picked my goal today too... 16.4 lbs to go! I ended up picking the number smack dab in the middle of my healthy weight range.
What a wonderful accomplishment! Almost there! Also, I am so glad that you look at the big picture rather than only at what some view as a "small" loss and know how your body works through this. My DD typically gains after a significant loss and she says that some folks are "sorry". She knows that this is how her body works so she is not disappointed.
Do you ever share this in a meeting? In our meetings there are only a few of us who share under a pound losses or gains and I wonder if some of the people who choose not to are discouraged. I think that if we only hear the stellar losses it is impossible to recognize that WW is not a fad where you lose impressive amounts every week.
thanks everyone!
I'm thinking about making a couple different soups this weekend and wanted to know if anyone had any good recipes? thanks in advance!
Rachel
I have not made this but it is the next soup I make. I rarely use recipes but was very glad that this one was shared with me.Just found this on Kim Bensen's website......
Cream of Broccoli Soup (Servings: 12 - 1 cup each)
4 boxes of frozen broccoli florets
1 large onion
10 cups fat free chicken broth
1 tbsp salt, cracked pepper
¼ cup fat free half & half
Put three boxes of broccoli, onion, chicken broth and salt into a large pot. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes until broccoli is tender. Pour contents of pot into a blender. You'll need a second pot! Once soup is pureed, pour back into large pot and add the last box of broccoli florets for a chunky soup. Add half & half and cracked pepper. Heat and serve. If you like the soup thicker, start with another box of broccoli.
Before adding half & half you can freeze soup. Add the half & half in when reheating. You can garnish with a sprinkling of low fat shredded cheddar, not included in nutritional information.

"This soup is so low in calories, you can choose to serve it in a small bread bowl! Yipee! I go to Panera and get their crusty sourdough rolls. They are just like their soup bowls [590 calories], but minis [200 calories]. When you scoop out the middle, throw that away and you've got a small bread bowl for about 150 calories. Have the rest of your soup in a bowl on the side. At 41 calories a cup you can fill up your tummy. Or serve with a Kim's Light Onion bagel for dipping for only 110 calories. So many choices!

My WI was last night and I was not expecting to lose, we had a busy week and the Superbowl on Sunday, but was happy to lose 1.8 pounds. I was so excited, I hit my 25 pounds and now am 3.8 pounds from my goal. My leader helped us to set goals last week, both short and long term. I am positive it was this prodding to revisit what I wanted that helped me to stay focused all week.
