Thanks for the words of wisdom. I think I'm having an off week. Not binging on food but haven't been drinking the water like I should, I only exercised two days.
I need to step back and take a good look at what I did and whip my patootie back in shape. Oh!![]()
I have had several days like that. ITA with the Previous Poster. All we can do is FORGET ABOUT YESTERDAY and focus on today.
Another thought... Do you feel "beat your self up horrible" or do you feel "I ate like a pig at a trough horrible" -- Maybe the eating is contributing to the physical way you feel??

I feel beat yourself up horrible. Yesterday I didn't care, today I'm back on track. Water sitting right next to me as I type. Now I just have to remember to drink it.

I knew I wasn't staying on program and at that moment I didn't even care. That was the first day I had like that since I started WW in February. Today I feel horrible! New day, new outlook...........stay focused and on track!

I am shocked, especially after the day I had Saturday. Guess I just made up for it by doing really well the other days
