I just got back from my meeting today, and although I gained .6, I was happy it wasn't more. We left for Disney on 7/10 and got back 7/16. I tried to make good choices, but honestly I didn't do a very good job. I found that I did worse on the last half of the trip and the ride home because I was just so exhausted I didn't want to think about what I ate. When we got home on Thursday, my feet and ankles were crazy swollen, I guess because of all the driving. They are pretty much back to normal now, though. I've been back on track since we got home, so maybe next week I'll have a loss.
I thin a gain of 0.6 on vacation is absolutely ok and the most important thing is that you are back on track!! I hope you will be able to get through the next week ok and will be able to post a loss again!!

But I know why and this week is going to better. I just realize that I am getting tired of making good choices...
I am retaining water this week so I am hoping it will be gone by next week. Looking at the positive, my leg is better this week (I bought new shoes) and I have exercised 30-50 minutes everday.

) and just 0.9 lb away from my 10% goal! I really would love to get there next week! But my goal has always been to get to my 10% by the end of August, so I still have some time!!
