I have been successful with WW before, and was considering rejoining to lose the baby weight with DD2. But I want to make sure WW will work with my lifestyle now before I plunk down some money! I'm almost 6 weeks pp, and the weight is not 'falling off' like I'd like. I don't expect to get to prepregnancy weight until I fully wean since it was pretty low for me, but I feel like I have 10 or so pounds I could lose and not affect my supply.
Some questions:
* Do you still get extra points for breastfeeding?
* I heard almost everyone gets the same amount of base points. I'm 5'4 and around 141 now (118 before I got pregnant) and EBF.
* My DH eats paleo and I eat a modified version. How many points are an egg these days? What about healthy fats like avacado or walnuts? I heard fruit is zero points, is that true?
