WPASADI players...a question??

Well a cheering thread would kinda be pointless as i am pretty sure
everyone would cheer for themselves


So I thought besides wishing each other GOOD LUCK

I would ask this question
how did working on an indivdual challenge compare to the team ones

better or worse
as much fun or not

any insight as to what you all think

i am just curious

i think that the step down a notch the challenge took
was a good thing (Thanks Lauri)
although i did miss the team atmosphere
i knew the indivdual challenges were coming
and i am ready to face that challenge

Oh and Lauri did you get the other two entries?
So how many players do we have and since we lost
at least 1 are two people still leaving this week based on voting?

I agree that the step down was nice. Just to focus on one thing and not to have to worry about so many images.

I missed working with a team - the excitement of getting on-line to see what great things someone else had done or added to what I'd done.

That said, it certainly was less stressful this time around. There is a certain comfort in knowing that you can't let anyone down. But I miss my team(s).

There are still 3 surviving Femme Fatales. Has any original team disappeared completely?

I enjoyed the individual challenge. I too missed the team interaction but am looking forward to being judged solely on MY contribution. I am also glad that Lauri simplified the task this week. It was alot of fun to work on, not as fun as those first few as a WPASADI Red team member, but I enjoyed it.

There are still 2 members of WPASADI Red(Tarmand and myself) in the competition and there are 2 Pixie Chicks(TheOtherVillianess and myself) still in it.

After being the one that complained about all the hard work we put into last weeks competition, I can't believe it, but I found this week to be a little of a let down. I wasn't allowed to be as creative as I've been on the past entries. I miss the website and the graphics. And, I miss the group atmosphere. I kind of wish we had gone to two person teams before individuals. I really enjoyed getting to know other DISers during the challenges and think I'm going to miss that. I still love the competition, but I think that I will miss the intense challenges. I know I was spending a lot of time on it, but it was awesome to be a part of something so huge (okay, maybe just huge to the contestants, but huge anyway!). On the previous challenges, I couldn't wait to tell my husband and my sister what we were doing. This week, I didn't tell anyone. I don't think it felt as important. I have now proven that I'm just going to whine no matter what you do ML!

Glad to know that you all are feeling about the same as me
I miss my teams botht he Femme Fatales and the Irish Eyes but
Working solo has taken some of the stress away I don't worry about letting people down

On the previous challenges, I couldn't wait to tell my husband and my sister what we were doing. This week, I didn't tell anyone. I don't think it felt as important.

It certainly wasn't as grand that is for sure. I hope we have a chance to use the websites again before the challenge ends though. I have to say thank you Tammie for starting that!! I learned an amazing amount during this contest including how to start up a website, how to add photos to my signature and links in my posts, how to enlarge the text here on the DIS. Can you believe I could not figure that out before this contest began? Duh! If they are giving out awards, I would certainly qualify for "most improved" DISer!!

Yes I believe it because i learned all that stuff too thanks to WPASADI

I miss the team challenges already, but I'm intrigued to know what different kinds of creative things ML has come up with for individuals.

Tink - you are so right about learning things from this competition! I now know how to play at tripod.com and build a rudimentary web site and how to upload photos to the DIS - as well as how to play with my signature.

Learned a bunch about photoshop too!

I too learned how to set up a forum board and that I really need to get photoshop...I was amazed at what some of my teamates could do. I think my favorite picture of all was Teri Hatcher with a cigarette in her mouth.
