Timeshare Store. Actually the couple BCVs are all pending.
That is the lowest amount of BWVs I've seen in awhile, too.

We had been looking for boardwalk resales and finally found what we wanted after a week, they go very quickly. Good luck and be patient. I can't wait to use mine in August.

I was looking at the same thing today and noticed it as well. Feels good to own at them both.

Yes, I agree HBC. I own at BCV and I like to see the only two resales for BCV are both pending. I wasn't looking to buy, but I look at it every once in a while to see how things are. :)

The first time we bought into DVC our thought was that the best idea would mirror regular real estate - "location, location, location". Guess that hunch was a good one.

Since these are newer locations and smaller in the number of rooms, that make the availablility in the resale market lower and these locations do go fast. If you want one you should call the resalers and get on their call list. Many sell before they ever get posted.

almost impossible unless you spend the day wired to computer with e-mail bell set to ring, i really wanted add-on at bcv, but one came on market yesterday and sold in 12 minutes, i got an e-mail but by the time i responded 2 hrs later it was gone, this is our 5th add-on, if rofr passes we will have 3 contracts, 3 resorts, 3 use years, so i'm using the shareware points tracker and caskbill points scenario manager. it's not ideal to have these variations but sometimes you take what you can get, having no children and being semiretired allows us the luxury of traveling at off times and spur of the moment so dw and i will make it work outpirate:

sharp eyes, you are right, that's tucker on the left, 5 yr old yellow lab
sandy in the middle, 10 yr old golden girl
astro (copperstars argyle astrologer) on the right, 7 yr old golden boy
astro raised from 10 week old puppy, sandy adopted 5 years ago
tucker adopted last august
wouldn't you know it, day after i sent deposit on okw and bwv resales, a 250 point bcv showed up, that's ok we love all dvc resorts and want to rotate around a little anyway

We saw a 100 point resale for BCV- my wife called and it was sold in 12 minutes according to the agent!

I totally agree!
Even when factoring in the size of the resorts and the age of the resorts, BCV, BWV and VWL still have a much lower % of resales at any given time then some of the other DVC resorts do. They usually go for a slightly higher price also.
I do not plan on selling any of my BWV pts for a very long time, but knowing how quickly they move on the resale market is a comforting thought, in case I ever do decide to sell.

I assume Disney has bought back a few contracts as I received a call from our guide last Friday. She stated that they had a few contracts for BWV and they were just put on the market Friday AM. She called at 8:00 am our time to let me know this. They had several contracts. She told us she did not know if these would last through the day. She took our down pay of $500.00
and we added on 55 points at $84.00 with the August 2003 points in tack. Maybe this is a little more than resales. Don't really know, when you include the closing costs. I have been looking to add on to Boardwalk with a small contract for quite a while. This worked fine for us.

bcv seems to be the really hard one to get, we added 32 points during our dec 03 trip, just walked into sales center while resort hopping , the walk in aspect seemed to kind of throw them off, we had to wait for a guide to free up, then they sort of didn't quite know what to do, guide went off for a few minutes came back and had 32 available, now that number seems a little strange because it's not a multiple of 5, and dvc seems to like those, so we bought it on the spot, well we got home and a week later they called with another 25, so we took that also, so now we have the odd number of 207, but nothing else available since per our guide, randy kruger, still on the lookout for small amounts, i missed that one that sold in 12 minutes, i was doing chores came back in and saw 2 hr old e-mail, called right away and shontell told me it sold in 12 minutes, so now we are waiting out rofr for 230 boardwalk, really hoping it goes through

I've been watching the resale sites for awhile since I'm a DVC wannabe :D and have noticed that BWV & BCV have not lasted very long. I've also noticed that the asking price seems to have increased and still the resales are flying

I'll just keep my eyes open for the right one for us :earseek:
