Rent a two bedroom, it sounds to me like someone is trying to get something for nothing. That is what two bedrooms are for. I had 5 people in a Grand Villa once. You really have to give everyone a bedroom for themselves and a bath. The fold down beds in the living room should be used when there is an awkward situation where sharing the second bedroom is not really a good idea. These are suppose to be upscale accomodations not the local dorm at a college or flop house where beds and people are sleeping everywhere. The master bedroom is for two people with a king as it should be. I have been in very few masterbedrooms where their was anything but a king, there might have been one queen bed once but that was in a small resort at a ski area. Oh yes, the master bedroom can be for one person also. I don't want to offend the single parents here. The one bedroom is really there for two people to use, if you have a couple of kids or 3 or 4, I suggest a two bedroom.
