I'm trying to get some ideas for Christmas presents. DS7 has learned not to ask for many toys because he is tired of being dissappointed, he says "things don't work at home like they did on tv". He has mentioned a Robosapien. Costco has them for $69.99, everywhere else they are $89+. Does anyone have one of these? I would just like to know if it works & is it worth the money? I'm don't want DS to be dissappointed Christmas morning because something else doesn't work. Click on the link for a pic - thanks

Honestly~ I have found from experience that toys like these get played with for a week then are forgotten about. It seems like a lot of money for a toy that doesn't really do that much! JMHO.

I would say no as well. It just doesn't look that great.

My son is now into Xbox games, and computer stuff.

My 8 yo DS has never mentioned it & I hope he never does. ;) It doesn't look like it's worth the money to me.

Okay, thanks. DS is also into XBox & GameBoy. I just get tired of buying him games all the time. I would rather him play with something other than sit in front of the tv. Oh well, hopefully something really cool will come out.
