DH told me about it earlier today, I guess I should just be grateful we never go to the south of France!! Disneyland Paris is as far south as we go!

That's what I was thinking. I'm fearful of heights, but that wouldn't keep me from driving (or making a bungee jump FTM) acorss the bridge.

Well, first of all, I don't expect to ever go to France, but if I did I'd find another route.

This whole things seems very unecessary since there's plenty of perfectly good ground for a road.

OH wow! That looks really scarey! I cringe when I drive over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge!! You'd have to sadate me to get me over that one! LOL

Holy crap that's huge! I'm very afraid of heights but if I came across it, I'd drive on it. Some things have to be done at least once. My travels from Paris to Cote D'Azur have always been via train so it's highly unlikely I'll ever be in a spot to come across this bridge.

I would! I love tall bridges. I only avoid them if they have ice or snow on them.

Maybe I don't know but it doesn't look that high to me.
Maybe the pictures don't do it justice.
I would drive over it, if I am ever lucky enough to get to France.
