Definitely do it!!

We live in TN and I've gotten my wife (a Yankee fan ) to go to Atlanta (a 3 hour drive) to watch Boston play the Braves in a day game which usually start at 1. We've done both, stay overnight and do it all in one day....it usually depends what is going on the next day for us to make that decision.

I would definitely do this! I would try to go even if it wasn't the PATS playing, just for the opportunity to be at a game. Of course I'd probably be going by myself as my DH is not a sports fan! Sounds like a great time with your kids! Good luck with the tickets.

You're coming a long way to WDW for Christmas. If the game is at 1:00, I'd go for it, but I would drive back to WDW that day. The driving is going to be easy...not the same kind of December weather as up north. Since your original plans are to go to WDW for Christmas, I'd want my kids waking up on Christmas Day at Disney, open gifts from Santa, etc. I wouldn't want to spend Christmas morning at the local hotel.
