Would you buy a Wii Fit Plus off of Craig's List?

There is a Wii Fit Plus Balance Board advertised on Craigslist in the town where I live for $65. It's listed as brand new, sealed, never opened. Right now on Amazon, it's $95. I did see it about a week ago for $79 on Amazon, but didn't grab one. So right now, it's $30 cheaper than Amazon. The only thing I'm leery of is that it might not work or something.
Should I send them an email and find out why they are selling it?

If it's sealed, I wouldn't be too worried. Maybe it was an unwanted gift that they simply want to sell.

For example, right before Christmas, I won a drawing for a brand new Wii. We already have one, so I didn't need another. I put it on Craigslist and sold it within an hour.

Walmart had them for $69 day after Thanksgiving, so maybe it was an impluse buy and the too many days have gone or they lost their receipt. If it was brand new, it was a great deal! I need to start looking there for a new one for us!
