Would anybody like to make 20 bucks?

I'll give somebody $40 and some hot cocoa with marshmallows when they're done to go our 21 inches in our driveway. LOLOLOL

Is that $20 per inch????

I'm so glad we left MA for NC. I hated those MA winters.

Didn't you get a bunch of snow this weekend too??

I WISH we could use a snow blower. Our driveway is way too wide (we can fit 4 cars across at the house and then another four cars and then 5 more down the length) I have to go shovel in a little bit; usually my dad plows for us but it broke so I'm stuck doing it by hand - I figur I'll finish about 8PM :scared1:

On another note - did anyone see the weather channel white christmas forecast - they said people in southern MA and south down the coast only had a 50-30% chance of a white Christmas :rotfl:

Why can't you blow it out? Just start in the middle and keep turning the shoot as you go so half goes to one side of the drive and half goes to the other. You might have to reblow some of the snow on the edge but it isn't a big deal.

Ok just so everybody doesn't think I'm cheap, 50 bucks final offer!

I would love to help, but I live in South Florida. I would need to dig myself out of 30 inches of sunshine just to get my front door open. Then, I would have to clear all of the fallen coconuts out of my driveway, just to pull my car out. Also, there has been a steady breeze all day that is causing the palm trees down here to sway gently from side to side. This makes for very dangerous driving conditions, as a person could easily become so relaxed that they would doze off while driving. As you can see, I have my own problems.

Have you ever considered a personal snow plow?

When we lived in MA we used to have a snow blower attachment for our tractor. It would take me 45 mins to clear the driveway. When that broke we purchased one of the snowbear plows and loved it (we brought it to NC with us).

When snow was coming we would install the plow and park the truck at the top of the driveway. After it snowed we would just drive out and clear the driveway.

Snowblower? Shovel? I don't understand this language.

When it snows here, we just wait 3 or 4 hours for it to all melt. :santa:

Well first I would have to buy a truck or a tractor......

I wish I had those kind of problems right now:beach::drinking1

How am I supposed to get anything done under these conditions??!?

I'm just up the road from you and one of the best things we ever did was hire a crew to come plow our driveway a couple years back. :thumbsup2 They are also the same guys who mow our lawn and they are AWESOME!!!
I finally did the same thing this year...I've never enjoyed a snowfall more!

Wow, you all sure got blasted with the latest snowfall!

Can't complain now about our puny eleven inches that came week before last to SE MN!.

Good luck with all your driveway clearouts!

And winter season is official tomorrow. Maybe january will be nice and warm.

herc.

I want snow and lots of it!:dance3: We have nothing here and we're not expecting a white christmas either:mad::mad:

My kids would have been out there shoveling away - making wads of money.. It wasn't at all unusual for them to come home with close to $250 after a snowstorm..

Any kids around? :santa:
