worst 1 TS place to eat at epcot (dinner)

Love Biergarten, eat there every trip for dinner!

Very disappointed in the food at Coral Reef, however the atmophere & service were very good.

I would say the Biergarten didn't care for it last year the only time we went there, but many do like it. We have eaten many times at Coral Reef and San Ange and do like both places and many don't so everyone has a different opinion.

Coral Reef, no contest. We had a horrible experience there with the service, and ended up having to have a manager come around and take off the automatic gratuity (party of 6) because it was so awful. We were there so late that we barely made a bus back from the park and almost had to get a cab.

Nine Dragons. The only food that I found mediocre, and what I can get better for cheaper at home.

Going to be the first one to say LeCellier. The food was horrible. The service was worse than that and the so called atmosphere is like eating in a dark, musty basement. If Walt himself offered to buy me dinner there, I would decline.

I am dismayed at the responses for Coral Reef. I haven't eaten there in over 4 years but it was the best meal on WDW property I've ever had - by far. I had the special of the day and it was some kind of blackened fish pasta dish and I practically licked the plate - yum!

Biergarten is an acquired taste. I did not acquire it ;) I did love the desserts! :thumbsup2

San Angel - not so good and I love Mexican so that was very dissappointing. The counter service place's food was even worse.

Akershus dinner - again, must be an acquired taste. The characters were great though and in all honesty, we went to see Ariel. The meal was secondary.

I enjoyed France (street level, not upstairs - forget the name) but have only been once for lunch. I would like to try that one again.

Our family did not enjoy

China - Nine Dragons, the food was just meh

UK - Rose and Crown, everything smelled of beer no good for non-drinkers

This question is so subjective. What I like, you might not like. We don't always agree within our own family.

The only way to know if you will like it is to try it and form your own opinion. All of the restaurants have good points and not so good points. Just give them a try.

without a doubt Akershus. The portions were small, not much to choose from and their appetiser bar was lacking. MY DD LOVED the princesses so it was worth it. But I wouldn't eat there if it weren't for her... maybe that is why they HAVE the princesses.

I LOVE the Biergarten it is my family's favorite. Really enjoyed the Rose & Crown too.

Nine Dragons, without question. It's a beautiful restaurant but the food is nothing special in either selection or quality.

Go if want to complete your collection of WS restaurant experiences, but don't make it a priority.

Food tastes are so subjective, you're going to get so many different responses.

We did not like San Angel Inn. We love Biergarten and Marrakesh.

Of the ones we've tried, we liked Tutto Italia the least. Bistro de Paris and the Coral Reef are our favorites.

This is SO true! I think every restaurant in Epcot has been listed as 'worst' in this thread already - so where can you eat?? :lmao: If you read the menu and think it sounds like it might be good for you and your family, then go for it. The goal should be to go to WDW enough times that you get to try everything once :hippie:

Very True

My opinion will be different from every other DIS member. I couldnt agree more with the PP. WELL SAID

I have eaten at:

Teppan Edo
Le Cellier
Rose and Crown
Tutto Italia
Via Napoli
Chefs De France
and Arkeshus

So far Rose and Crown was my least favorite... but honestly the food wasn't bad at all we just didn't like it as much. Probably becasue the only sausage I like is hot sausage so that ruined alot of the menu.

Tutto Italia was my favoite

I would vote for nine dragons.. although I have not eaten there in years,. when I did. i swore I would never eat there again.. it was bad.. real bad..

We ate there in 2005 and it was awesome, then ate there in 2007 and I got food poisoning.

We have eaten at Garden Grill, San Angel Inn & Biergarten. No where near all the choices but I'll still share my opinion. We were really disappointed in Biergarten. It gets lots of good reviews here but it just didn't do anything for us. We are from a small town with a strong German heritage so we thought the food would be right up our alley. It wasn't. We really liked San Angel Inn and loved Garden Grill, FWIW. :)

Go to show everyone has different taste. We also read the rave reviews on Biergarten, The restaurant was nice, loved the entertainment, the service very good, but we did not care for the food. Myself, DH, GS and GD not one enjoyed our meal. Again San Angels Inn get lots of bad reviews yet I've always enjoyed my meal. DH dislikes it.

The worst eatery I have ever been to, inside WDW and out was San Angel Inn. The service, portions, food selection was horrible! The ambiance was great, our table was right by the volcano and river. I know they are revamping it and hope they make major adjustments.

x2.

It was awful.
And before anyone starts a tex-mex vs. authentic mexican food debate.. I will say it was just authentically horrible.
Which is too bad because I went in to this expecting nothing, and with an open mind. The only thing I can say is that it was pretty. The end.

Garden Grill....just no fun for me

:goodvibes Same here! We ate there in 2009 and the food was so bad we left and went to Pepper Market to have counter service. :thumbsup2 I hope we just hit the Garden Grill on a bad night. Some very good friends of ours went a month later and they LOVED it. Maybe we will give it another try;)
