Mexico - churros are always safe.
Norway - Lefse (rolled thin bread with sugar, butter and cinnimon) or my fav rice cream. This is white rice mixed with whipped cream and layered with strawberry preserves.
China - Those drinks with the tapioca balls are fun. I personally hate them but all kids I have seen love them.
Germany - I would say fig vodka but since this is the under 21 project, I would go with a soft pretzel with mustard.
Italy - canolli (crisp cookie tube filled with sweet marscapone cheese that has chocolate chips mixed into it with pistachio nuts on the ends)
Japan - Definatly Kaki Gori (rainbow with strawberry, melon and )
Morocco - baklava (they have an assortment you can pick from at the little coffee place at the back of the Tangerine Cafe)
France - chocolate eclair or cream puff (the mousse isn't that good which really bummed me out)
England - Lion candy bar (Caramel, crispy wafer, rice krispies, milk chocolate)
Canada - Maple fudge (sniff, no more beavertails) or bowl of cheddar cheese soup.
