Working on CP Buildings at SSR?

We’re at SSR this week - it was delayed at check in, but they did fill our tequest for CP, near the walkway to DS. The parking lot for the center buildings at CP are nearly empty, however, and there is scaffolding in place on the building nearest the pool. I thought all of CP was upgradred, so wondering what’s going on??

The rooms were completed in that section, my guess would be they are working on siding or roofing. This happened at OKW after the rooms were completed. I’m not sure if all buildings need work or a few.

They were doing some exterior work when we were there in Dec.
