My first stab in the dark word gets me.....

Time for the second stab in the dark word.

Through process of elimination I have two letters even though I didn't guess them. Possibly 3 letters.

I know I have it on the next guess or the one after at most. There are so few combos left that it could be. The hard part will be thinking of the word. I don't use aids of any kind so it may take a bit.

And on the 4th guess, I got it.


Pulling it out in 4 when this was the rare occasion where my first two stab in the dark words were a disaster feels good.

I think they’re trying to make it harder. I had the last four letters after the third word. However, they’re so many words that end with those same four letters. My fifth word was actually a throwaway word, using all the letters I could think of that could be that elusive first letter. When none of those letters appeared in that word, that pretty much narrowed it down, and I got it on the sixth word.

Do y’all remember, several months ago, a word with those same four last letters? That was a miss for me.

I was lucky enough to get four letters on the second try but had to waste the third try in order to figure out what the first letter was.
