WOOHOOOO 1st ressies

Sooooo excited. Just made our first ressies for SSR and we are coming home.

I know, most of you are old hats at this, but I just can't tell you how exciting this is. I have been counting down the days until we were within the 11-month time frame.

It is available for the dates we wanted. Now the waiting begins again, but that's okay. I can officially start the planning process. Don't think I will tell the DGC yet. They know we are going, but they don't know when. They will be calling every day and asking if it is NOW? for the next 11-months. Heck, I am going to be asking "is it now" myself.

I will need help from all of you knowledgeable DISer's for the best restaurants, all of the must do's and don'ts and any other helpful hints you can give me.

I had MS explain in detail the DDP to me. I am not sure about that one. That may be something to consider after we have made our first trip with the DGC to see if it would have been a better option for us and if it is something we might want for our next visit, but right now I kind of like not having to plan a meal day out. What do you think?

I'm sure that I will have lots more questions for y'all. I know I am rambling here, but this is very exciting for me.
