Do they have a photographer there taking pictures esp. since the parents can't stay?

Yes, they do. It's really alot of fun. My DD did it a few years back.

Are the pics included and do they give them to you (like Belle pic at Akershus?) Or you need the memory maker/photopass plus to get them? Thanks!!

We did it in 2011- with Photopass. My DD loved it. We just had to go to a photo location (there was one located in GF) and they were able to add the event to our photopass. If I remember right, we received all the pics that were taken and had to pick through the ones of my DD. Not sure if MemoryMaker will work the same. But it does not include printed photos.

They put them on photopass for you. It's up to you from there whether you buy any individual shots or an entire CD. But no photos go home with the kids any more. Years ago they actually sent one photo home in a holder, but since they do photopass in there now I don't think they send one home any more.

thank you!! was hoping like at Akershus they give you the photo they take at the front with Belle (or used to at least). but i just bought Memory Maker. Pretty sure if I add anything else to the trip, DH will
