Wonderland tea? And app error message?

Hi everyone! Our ADR date is coming up in a week or so, so I was practicing this morning.
First question- seems like you can only reserve the Wonderland tea party (for kids) through the phone system?
And second, I couldn't use the app on my phone, I kept getting an error message. I could only use my laptop. Do other people run into this problem? Am I not doing something right?

I was able to use the app just now- and prefer how user friendly it is, but now I'm nervous about that error message, haha!

I had problems this morning with Disney dining, both on the app and my computer around 8am (EST). I received the Donald error several times when trying to modify an ADR at Be Our Guest. Seems to have cleared up now though.
