Thanks to several suggestions I got here on the DIS, my wife and I dined at Napa Rose during our recent visit. I must say this was a wonderful meal all around. The room is very nice, we were seated with minimal wait and the service was great.
Our waiter (should have gotten his name) was spot on in suggestions. We asked about the special pizza of the day and he did a great job describing it and then subtly steered us to the more standard one instead. Great choice - it was delicious. When ordering our main course I was torn between several menu items. The waiter asked what I was considering and I mentioned the pork chop and.... before I could even mention the other choices he said "Pork Chop". That was good enough for me. When it came it was really good. I'm still thinking about it 4 days later.
We saved just enough room to finish with cappuccino and creme brule. Thank goodness the walk to DLH wasn't far.
