Wonder what this means?

If you go to the AP site and put in your pass number and ID number under hotels it says "Great Rates Are Coming In May". Does that mean that there are going to be good rates posted for May, or rates for other months with the discounts posted in May? Anyone else see this? I'm waiting, not counting on, but waiting for lower APH rates for August. Just curious if anyone else saw this. Thanks!

It means that starting May 1st the rates will be lower than they are at present. I think they are $139 RPR, $159 HRH, and $169 PBH. Those rates are for garden/standard rooms and Friday and Saturday nights are usually higher by about $20. Those rates will last a month or so and then new ones will come out. Through the end of April RPR has lowered its rates so you may find the $139 rate in April as well.

These are the rates I've been waiting for. So much nicer than the $200-300 rates I've been seeing!

I know! These last few months have been awful rate wise.
