Wonder ~ October 1, 2014 ~ Double Dip!

Hi all! I haven't booked yet, but I am itching to do something Disney! We just had a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse 1st birthday party for my DS. This cruise would be perfect timing as we are TTC #2 currently. Hopefully by then we'll have a 4-6mo old, big enough to sit up on their own. I figured DCL would be easier with a 2yr old and an infant than trying to do DWR. (New to the boards and acronyms, hoping I'm getting them right!)

So is doing a cruise over doing the resorts a good call for young kids?

YOU BET IT IS!!! :thumbsup2

That's why we started when we took my DS who was 3yo on his first!! There's plenty to do, or not do!! You never have to worry about where or when you eat, you never have to worry about getting back to the hotel for nap time if needed, and it's DISNEY!!! They can see all the characters, have a visit at a meal with them, watch the great shows!! We put my DD in Flounder's Reef once and she had a blast, and this gave us time to do something with our DS!! You have to pay extra for Flounder's Reef. Kids can only go into the Ocearneers Club or Lab if their potty trained!! And to top it all off, there's CASTAWAY CAY!!!:banana::banana::banana:

Just checking in... hope everyone is doing good. Thinking by about this date a year from now we will all have had online check in...So excited for this cruise... will also be doing the 4 day DD Nassau too. How many of us does that make doing the B2B>?

This will be my first DD and my 7th Disney cruise!!! I don't know how I can wait over a year! ;)
:hourglass

It's not easy to wait that long!! :sad1: We're all suffering!!! 445 days to go!!! Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

We had a dummy cruise booked for this October, which we booked while onboard the Magic last summer. We knew we wouldn't be able to cruise again until at least 2014 but really didn't have time to explore itineraries while on the ship.

Our final payment was this week so I did some research and we booked this cruise!:cool1: DH and I are so excited. We both love Key West and more especially loved CC! DH said that if we did another DCL cruise, he wanted to do a double dip to CC, and Key West as the other stop, as opposed to Nassau, is an added bonus.
