Notes from WOC dessert party
The cost is $70.79 per person. The $89 you pay includes tax and tip. This is important because many don't realize that 18% tip is included in the $89 fee.
We lined up to choose a table around 6:45 pm. The line up sign (teal circle on map) was on the opposite side of where the kiosk is set up (blue square on map). Initially, guests lined up behind the sign. When the CM arrived, she asked the line to move to stretch in the direction of Redwood Creek Challenge rather than the backside of Grizzly River Run (red arrows on map). I included a photo of the line up sign being on one side but while the kiosk was on the other. The other times I've done the dessert party, guests for the first show line up behind the kiosk to select their seats.

When we approached the kiosk, the CM asked if we wanted a high seat or a low seat. We asked her if table #27 was still available. She said that you can't select by number. You can ask for high or low seat, preference towards the center or to the side. She said that they change the numbers of tables regularly. We asked if we could see the map on her tablet and she said that it didn't correspond to where the seats were for the show.

Eventually, she changed the screen and selected table 27 which showed the location that was shared earlier in this thread. Maybe it was just this CM or maybe they are moving away from allowing you to actually select which table you want.
Facing the water, table #26 was to our left. #31 was to our right. #24 was the low table directly in front of us

To the left of table 24 were low two tables (presumably 23 and 22) and then a single high table (maybe 21) followed by several low tables.

From 27, the placement of the pole didn't obscure our view. There are three sections of water projections and the pole was at the intersection rather than in the middle of a projection.

As you can see, there were several people standing with kids on their shoulders. At previous WOC that I've attended, CM told guests that they could not put their children on their shoulders. I don't know if the rules have changed or if it is CM dependent.
Picture of desserts - same as has been posted. The crackers were crumbled for everyone in our party. The broke crackers were so small, you couldn't fit cheese on them. My friend immediately asked for more crackers but was told that they had run out. Tonight is the last show before a break. Maybe they are using up the last few packages.
Note, the macaron is a "birthday macaron" from Disney 100. Disney 100 ended 11 mos ago! I wonder how long those macarons have been sitting in the fridge.
