WL Boat to Contemporary

Does anyone know what time the boat from WL to the Contemporary starts running? I'm assuming its early for those who have early PS at CHef Mickeys. I wondered because we just booked WL for the marathon in January and I was hoping to take the boat to the Contemporary and walk over to MK to see DH run. THanks.

We were there last week in a room that looked out on the boat dock (AWESOME room, 4001) and while I don't know the exact time, I did notice the launches running fairly close to 7 a.m.

The boat runs from 6:45am to 10:00pm daily.

so we should have no problem getting to Crystal Palace 8am (except getting DS out of bed!)

Another poster on another thread mentioned that if it is very foggy, the boats won't run. Have a backup plan in place, just in case. He said they wait until the fog burns off.

We have a 730 PS at Ohana and plan to take the boat to CR and then the monorail over to Poly, but we have a backup plan of either taking our car to the Poly or a cab.
