wknds on cash, wkdays w/points - (season change too) think this is possible?

Sun & M 14&15 VWL pts studio (14pts/night)
Tu, W, Th VWL pts studio (13pts/night)
Fri & Sat cash discount for VWL studio

can it all be linked together so we dont need to change rooms? would DVC even have those cash disc avail now? or would it need to be closer to checkin date?
would you book those wknds at the Lodge itself?

We have done it.

What they will tell you is that they will put it in as a request not to move, but they will not guarantee that you will not have to move. However, form a Housekeeping efficiency standpoint and everything else, it makes sense for them to keep you in the same unit, so chances are they will.

But they always fall back on the "request, not guarantee" thing.

If you do the cash through MS you shouldn't have to change rooms. If it's through CRO, it will be hit or miss.

I recently booked our next vacation this same way and asked for them to be linked together so we hopefully wouldn't have to move. I was just wondering if there should be anything written on my confirmation letters showing that I requested that? There isn't anything on them and I would just like to know so I can call back and check if I need to.

We just got two nights at SSR from CRO (AP rate) and five nights on points. MS told me they could not link the rooms, but they would put a note on the reservation with the CRO reservation number.
