First, about me ('cause it's all about me right?

). I did run 40:20 of speed work and I ran outside. I ran 2 min slow 2 min fast the last 20 sec was just to get back to the car before I stopped. My legs were a bit heavy from Sunday's effort which isn't unexpected.
Now to everyone else...
Kevin: I think I get in a bit of XT trying to get all the layers on when the weather is really cold! It does add about 10 min to the routine!!
Jackie: how is the PF rehab coming along?
