Hey everyone! Wow - I have 4 pages to catch up on!!!

Here's my update... Thursday was a good swim lesson. My coach decided I needed to do more speed drills (this was the second day in a row) so I was pretty wiped out - no run Thursday night. Friday became a rest day - I needed it mentally and physically. This morning I ran 7 miles. Tonight I biked 6 miles/ran 1 mile. (I think I made up for my DOR...)
DH and I got to the running store today and both got new shoes - Yea!!! He actually switched over to Saucony - ever since they put out a new model of his other shoe, he's had problems. We'll see how these do. My Brooks are in a new model, too, but they assured me it was just a color change - no messing with perfection!
Kristi - We can cheer everyone at DL on together! DH is running the half. DS will be 3 when we go, and we certainly can't afford to take a babysitter!

So - our compromise was me doing the Minnie, DH is doing DL, and I will do the DL 5K. Do you want to do the 5K with me?
Diane - LOL at walking with the dogs!!! I used to try to run with DS in the stroller and our golden on the leash... notice I USED to!!!
TNTs Party - CONGRATS ON YOUR FIRST 5K!!!! That is a great time!!!!!
Tiff - YEA for DS's tri!!!! I know I will be crying when my DS crosses his first finish line!!!

And I'm so glad you all are safe after those terrible storms!
Lily - Great job on the photo book! You are still ahead of me - I haven't started DS's baby book from 2003!
Maggie - Sorry to hear about your pain! I hope you are able to get to the doctor soon!
goofyguy - I hope you and DS are better soon!!! Congrats on the Garmin!!!
Jodi - So glad you are feeling good!!!

for a great run tomorrow! Let us know how it goes!
Dena - Congrats on the weight loss!!!

You are doing awesome!!! I like the idea of putting that saying on the back of a shirt - I may need to do that for Minnie!
Sunny - Great job on your run today!!! Also, glad you get to do the race before your trip!!!
Maherae - How neat that your niece and nephew are in Spectromagic that night!!! We are also trying to figure out how to get to EoS - hope to see you there!
Minnie - So sorry you won't get to go to flower/garden! Feel free to whine anytime!
Lynne - Love that saying! You are definitely my tri-hero - I am constantly amazed by your training!!! Just curious - how long you've been doing tris?
Amy - Good luck to your kids on the performances!!! I did Music Man when I was in HS - good memories!

And great job on getting your run in!!!
Judy - We miss you!!! Hope you are having a wonderful trip!!!
Scott - Congrats on signing up for your first 5K - You will be great! That's really sweet that you are doing a father/daughter trip! There are plenty of great places to run, and don't forget how much walking you will do with just the parks!
Mel - Hope you are enjoying WDW right now!
Cam - I hope Andy's play is going well!

Don't worry about the training right now - we can help give you a kick in the right direction after his play is over - just enjoy these moments!
Carrie -

for everything at work - hope it calms down soon!!! 10:30 miles are pretty great in my book (I'm guessing you did 4 miles in 40 minutes last year

) I know I'm way slower than last year, but that is due to my extra weight...

I know DH is slower since training for the marathon - all the endurance work instead of the speed work. Just a thought...
Terri -
DISNEYLAND!!!!! Book your flight asap - you'll never get this chance again.

Of course, this is coming from one who has never been to DL and is counting down the minutes until we go...
okay, I know I didn't get to everyone, but I'm so sleepy I'm forgetting what I just read... I hope this post made sense...
Night all! Happy training tomorrow!!!

PS - I just had to edit because it said I used too many smilies - so consider yourself smilied-at.
