Wishes Dessert Party ADR Watch Thread December 1-29 2012 Now Open!

I just called about Oct. 22nd and there were no openings for our group, but I was quoted $29.81 and $15.97.
Are there different prices on different nights?

Yes - it depends on how busy they are thinking it will be...

I will be canceling my reservation for 10/6 today if anyone is interested. It's for 2 people. We're upgrading to Deluxe so I had to give up my extras... I plan to cancel at 1pm central time.

I ask but she acted all confused about it, like I was the only person ever calling about it. She looked around on her computer for 15 min then told me to call back in 2 weeks. I will call back next week.

I read through here and I think I'm okay...but I've been trying to book December and although the calendar comes up online, it tells me there's no ressies available. Tried different date and configurations...assuming that's because (although the calendar is there) the ressies aren't REALLY open yet, yes?

That's right!! Although I did notice the December calendar now has every day instead of just the select few and so does November. Glitch or mean that they may open soon?? And open more than originally planned??

In the past the dessert Party has been offered during the MVMCP so that is a good sign they will offer it again this year

Don't want to be a downer, but in the past when this was going on there were also dessert parties during MNSSHP. This year; not so. So if that is saying anything about december..........


As far as all dates being black instead of grayed out for december; at a certain moment it also had all black (pickable) dates for october before the party was bookable. It ended up changing into some dates black and some gray. A lot more waiting and then we finally were able to book about a week or so back. So don't get any hopes up when seeing all black dates.

I have been following the Dessert Party from when it was first implemented and I honestly do not recall it being offered on MNSSHP and I also know how the online calendars change but one thing which Was also encouraging is they have also added 8:30 to the time slots!

I missed the Party in March even though we had an ADR for it, we were just too tired to attend and returned to our resort so I am really hopeing to get there this trip

Thanks so much for posting the link to that tread, the dates for the MNSSHP for this year are still blacked out even Nov 2 , I so have my fingers crossed they do it for the Christmas Party as we will only be in MK on evening
