What's the "typical" tip for a Wishes Cruise driver (captain)?

Are you doing the pontoon or Grand one yacht?

We are doing the Grand One and I was told around $90 for the captain and $60 for the first mate.

We did the pontoon, and I was planning to tip $30. The cost of the cruise, however, was $125, not the $120 that I was told on the phone. So, the captain only got $25 (because I had $150 with me). I think I saw my dad slip her something, too, though, but I didn't ask.
