OH MY GOSH!!!! HOW IN THE WORLD DID I DO THAT???????

I didn't even know that my Walking Mickey was there!!!!!! I didn't even know I posted it!!!!!!!!! I've been sitting here for about an hour trying and trying to get it, and every time I go do a preview post on the tech board, one or the other (or all) of my clippies were missing! Then I come back over here to ask for help, and LO AND BEHOLD, I'd already posted and everything was there!!!!!!!!!!!



If I'm over the limit on size (know NOTHING about that!), please could some nice moderator change my Alex Survivor clippie to the smaller one for me!! I'm EXHAUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, I'm in! I am so excited at the prospect of using this marathon as a Gift to myself for getting in shape. Isn't it exciting to think of all of the progress and posts that we will make over the next 19 months!! We will be the most beautiful marathon walkers/runners that WDW has ever seen!!

MO- just go back to page 7 and find Wovenwonders instruction on what you need to add to your siggy box in your CP user- ahe tells you exactly what to do.

Please add my husband and I to your list of walkers. We are planning our first trip home for April 2004 so January 2005 will work out great.... Please let me know what else we need to do to get registered... Thank you for this great idea.... Now we all have something to work towards... No more excuses for us... We are in!!!!

Karebear count me in!!!! I usually vacation in WDW the last two weeks of January but I can move it up a week if I have to, and since I will be celebrating a "milestone" birthday in May of 2005 I think this would be awesome! I will definitely be working towards this goal!!!

just returned from my trip to wdw, it was my first time to go and
i had a total BLAST!!!!! i didn't want to leave. and am ready to go back. i love to walk, and if someone could give me some info

Jerbear-
First let's start with WELCOME to the Dis and WELCOME to WISH!!! WE love new people here!

WE are planning to go for the marathon in Jan. 2005. There are no definite dates, costs etc. except that we are basing it on what has happened in previous years. The marathon is usually held the second weekend of Jan. This year it cost $70.00 to register to walk the half marathon- that was up from $65.00 last year. If you are a DVC member- there is a small discount for registration.

We are planning on trying to get a block of onsite resort rooms, special dinners and events which will all cost $, but it is an undetermined amount at this point. We will probably not have solid figures on this for at least 6 months.

We have put up a website, if you click on the link at the bottom of my siggy-it will take you there. If you're so inclined, you can sign up to be a WISHWalker with all the rest. This si by no means a definite commitment- that will only happen when money starts to be collected!

We sure hope that you will decide to join us. The more the maerrier!

Actually... my goals are to run a 5K this summer, 10K the summer of 2004 and run the 1/2 marathon in Jan of 2005. I can't wait to meet all of you! So add me to the list And maybe I'll see if I can get DH to start running with me
