Tonight while DH and I were on our way home from dinner, DH asked me what I wanted for Christmas and I told him that the only thing I wanted was a Wishblade. After I told him what it was, how much it cost and how it worked, he said, "Well, why don't you get it now if it is something that you really want?" I told him I didn't know enough about it to make an educated purchase, but I would find out more and then go from there.

So my question is...Do you really like your Wishblade? It is so much money to spend and I want to make sure it is worth it or could my $400 bucks be better spent on something else? Please let me know how much you like yours and what exactly you do with yours. Thanks so much for all the help!!

no advic e-
but how far do youthink it is from the MA border so I cancome borrow YOUR wishblade :rotfl: :rotfl:
The reviews are GREAT onit - hope you get all the 411 you need!
don't forget to check on the home shopping network to see if they still have that great package

I have a wishblade and I really do like it. I don't find that I am using it as much as would like, since I bought it when it was the higher price. I have it at home, but do all of my scrapping at crops (I own an LSS and leave all of my stuff there). I guess I could bring it over there, but if anyone finds out that I have it, EVERYONE will want to use it and I am trying to avoid it becoming "store" property and end up broken.

When I use it, I love it, I just need to make myself use it more. I am going to try to pre-plan some things so that I can pre-cut at home and then just bring it when scrap at the store.

I would try to recoup some of my investment by offering custom cut titles, since you already own the store! (If you were in my area, I'd buy the negative space to use as stencils.)

I wanted a wishblade about 1 1/2yr ago when they were in UK only, even looked into getting one shipped and getting a power converter for the european outlet. Couldn't justify the cost, now that they are readily available in the US I still haven't bought one. Since seeing Cricut and the Xyron cutter at Summer CHA, I am very undecided as to what to get. Cricut and Xyron can be used stand alone and are much cheaper, still on the fence for me. If you do decide to get the wishblade, shopathometv.com seems to be best price I can find and look on yahoo for some wishblade groups. In all my research i stumbled across a few very helpful groups of wishblade users.
