WISH team WDW Marathon weekend meets

I stayed @ Pop last year for the marathon and really enjoyed the property. The food court is nice and roomy...loved their chicken asiago sandwich. I'm so bummed that I have to miss the marathon and meeting everyone.

I'll try and get DH talked into Friday..especially since we haven't been to Pop Century. I want to sneak over Monday morning for the bakery...so many things to do....

DH has wanted to check out Pop for awhile now, so I know we will be there. Not sure if it will be the 2 of us or all 6. Depends on what the in-laws want to do.

Are you taking the picture right away at 4:00 or later on? I am not sure how long we will be able to stay because of the "others" in our group (namely my kids!!).

Thanks for compiling all this info on the meets. I know I'm going to the Illuminations dessert thing (3 of us have pre-paid to help Rhonda with the initial "earnest money"). I also hope to be at the Pop Century meet on Friday but that is a bit more iffy as I am obligated for some family time as well.

The last long walk is behind me now and it's all taper. Christmas week, my family will visit the NC coast for some bike riding and relaxation, then I practically turn around and get on the plane to Disney when I get home. Yikes! It's so close! Goofy, here I come!!!!

We did take the picture last year before dinner. Just a matter of waiting until everyone is assembled. We'll just need to find a cool location!

Picture is easier if it's before dinner I'm thinking. That way we can eat and visit at our pace whatever that may be.

There are so many cool locations on POP property... all within walking distance to the Food court... Perhaps around the Goofy water jets...or another of the larger than life icons... perhaps there is a huge Lime green one there! LOL!! I will be there from Monday prior to the meet... I'll scout around and offer up some suggestions if you like

We'll be at the post-full W tent as well as the Illuminations Party (of course ) and the Boardwalk Breakfast. We may make it to the post-half W tent but we have to get to the Expo that morning so we'll have to see how things go. Soooo wish we could be there Friday night for the dinner but our plane doesn't get in until 8:00 p.m.
