I'm going to be in a spelling bee tonight! Let's just hope my team doesn't go out in the first round! It will be 3-people teams so maybe I can blame it on someone else if we do go out first! HaHa! Oh well, whatever happens, it's for a good cause--raising money for adult literacy in our community.

Thanks, y'all. Your good wishes must have helped because we actually came in second!! (We were lucky and got some easy words.) It was a lot of fun and raised a lot of money that will go to scholarships for adult education students who passed their GED and want to get further training, so I feel like it was worth taking the chance of really humiliating myself!
