WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

60 more minutes for me today! That will bring my total to 345/2000! :teeth:

catching up (Hurricane Frances got me behind)
Sept 2
45 minute walk

Sept 3
25 minute swim in pool (morning)
30 minute swim in pool (afternoon)

Sept 4
60 minutes getting house ready for hurricane (probably more, alot more)

Sept 5
none (spent the whole 24 hours hunkered down)

Sept 6
60 minutes cleaning & scrubbing out 2 freezers and a refrigerator due to the hurricane lost power for 48 hours (probably alot more time than this)

total for 5 days = 220 minutes

Took an easy day. Add me in for 30 minutes please
 
I haven't had a chance to post in a few days. On Saturday I did a 55 minute Firm cardio work out, on Sunday I did a 45 minute Firm body sculpt work out, on Monday it was another Firm cardio work out 44 minutes and this morning I did Firm BSS3 Hips, Thighs and Abs for 35 minutes for a total of 276/1000 minutes. Thanks so much for keeping track of all these numbers for us RaeAnn!
 
Hey Rae Ann....today's exercise was a 40 minute mall walk and 25 minutes of arm weights.

I'm editing this to add another 30 minutes today...did the 2 Mile WATP for abs...if I didn't do something..I was gonna fall asleep!

120 min. walking today. I started a new job and we took a 2 hour tour of all the buildings. Up stairs, down stairs, through the walkways, up ramps, down ramps...I was sweating from all the walking!!!
