WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

Hi!

I exercised 30 minutes on Friday by walking 2 miles

I did 3 mile WATP on Saturday for 45 min

And today I did my 3 mile WATP so thats another 45

so that is another 120 minutes!

Back again. Got bored this afternoon and did 27 minutes of exercise with FIRM Ab Sculpt so that gets me up to 167/1000 so far. Not bad at all.

Enough slacking off for me. :o 60 minutes today, making me 195/1000.

Checking in for my first week - I think I'll keep track myself and just check in once a week. So for Sept 1 to 5, I have 250 minutes. (I had to add that 3 times to make sure .. I actually thought I'd been slacking this week. Good thing I was writing it down!)

That makes me 250/1000. Yay! :)

I just updated the thread. Congrats everyone on all the minutes exercised.

Minniespal has 31.67% (475 minutes) of her exercise minutes completed already.

I'm doing a lot better now and even got in some walking today. I wish I had kept my WATP dvd...all my exercise videos are either too intense or involve weights. I'm still going to take it easy for a while and slowly get back into my exercise routine.

**Beamsoflight: I have your minutes down in my spreadsheet, but it will shown on the thread on my next update.
 
I just found this thread a few minutes ago. It sounds like great fun and great motivation. I am in need of an exercise partner. This way I get several exercise partners. :jumping1:

I will get started tomorrow.

I did 60 minutes yesterday. That now puts me at 500/1500. A third of the way there! :hyper: Now to get on with the other two thirds! :teeth:
 
I decided to walk 13.2 miles to see what my time was. 217 minutes. That is 9 minutes off of race pace. BTW, I am not going to the WDW walk. My total is now 497/1000. I am almost 1/2 way there. I may reevaluate that goal number.

Good Morning Everyone!!!

Just got home from the gym... 30 minutes cardio and 40 minutes treadmill. That's 70 minutes!!!!
