I meant to join earlier in Sept but lots of work(overtime) and just forgot to join - now I am in and I have added my minutes from the first 8 days of Sept together to catch up.
So far in Sept i have exercised 240 minutes.
I really need this challenge this month to keep me motivated to get to exercise cause I have been so tired that sometimes i really don't want to do it!
Anyways I am glad to be apart of this challenge!

This week is not going as well as i planned initially, but its going pretty well really. Yesterday i spent about 3 hours of walking through the store as part of my job duties and since i always say that if I'm not standing still its exercise, then I'm gonna count the walking towards my goal for the challenge. So please add another 90 minutes to my total please.
I haven't been feeling well these past few days, so I only have another 100 minutes to add. Hopefully I'll be able to get back into my normal routine soon!
Sorry I haven't posted. I was about to and we decided to evacuate from Florida for Hurricane Frances! Anyway, I've exercised 240 minutes so far this month. Plan to get back to my regular schedule now that we're back!
