WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

I haven't checked in since last weekend but I've kept track of my exercise every day. The total for the week is 435 minutes (thanks to an extremely long walk today). That puts me at 760/1000.

Glad you're DD's ok, Catherine...I broke my dominant wrist once, and it was no fun at all trying to do things with my opposite hand, especially bathroom hygiene!:eek: Hope she feels better soon. :sunny:

This was a busy week at home and at work. I only completed 213 minutes this week.

That puts me at 499/1000.

cause I am at 1150/1200 but I think I will just keep going and be ever so happy that I have been able to do so well ::yes::

Tomorrow is the first day of a food challenge by my "buddy" group - so I am going to fast track for the week and hopefully lose a couple of pounds before vacation Oct 1st. Yep - your guessed it I will be back here after that - trying to lose them over again :teeth:

Well, I purposely took Friday off from exercising, and what did I do, but take a fall Friday night, possibly breaking my 4th left toe. :rolleyes: So I HAD to take Sat off. :( Today, I put the gymmies on, and tightened those laces, and managed 44 minutes of Leslie's 3 mile walk tape. It was cut short when DD came running into the house, SCREAMING, that she was stung by a bee! :eek: So much for cool down and stretches. LOL :p

Well I have managed to accumulate more and now I am
503/1000 -- I am half way there!
I didn't think I would be able to make all of the minutes as I started later, but now I think I will get pretty darn close!

I am loving this idea of adding up the time. It is encouraging for sure.

Keep on keepin' on...
 
Kim, I'm sorry to hear about your toe, and your DD's Bee sting! :( Hope that you are both doing ok now! :sunny:

I only managed to do 75 minutes of exercise yesterday (Sun.) I had to spend another couple of hours with my DD in A & E. Apparently she had a severe post concusion reaction! It really freaked me out! :scared1:

I am now at 2419/2500
 
Sorry to hear of recent troubles. It's terrible when something out of your control upsets your exercise, especially when you're in a groove. Worse because it's usually when you could use the exercise, for stress reduction, the most.

Please put me down for 300/1000.

I did 120 minutes of exercise today! Yippee! That brings my total to 975/2000. Tomorrow I will pass the half way point, I'm so excited!!! :teeth: :teeth: :teeth:
 
Add me in for 70 minutes today. I'm almost there!!!!!!!!!
 
Please add another 135 minutes for me today...that should put me at 710/1500....I should hit the halfway mark tomorrow!!!


Ouch Kim! What determination you have though!! You didn't let a broken toe get you down!! Bees have been horrible here lately...kids at school are getting stung left and right!
 
Kim - you poor dear! What commitment you have. I hope your DD is okay.

On Saturday I did a wimpy 10 minute ab set with a Firm tape. On Sunday I did Firm super cardio sculpt for 44 minutes and then this morning I did Firm BSS1 cardo sculpt for 36 minutes. Brings my grand total to 720/1000. Woohoo!!
