WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

Okay, I don't think I posted this week (Mon-Fri) but I've kept track. Here we go:

Mon 60
Wed 45
Thu 75
Fri 75

If my calculations are correct, I'm at 615/1000! I'm gonna get my half way clippie!
 
I bowled for 90 min this morning, and swam for 80 min this afternoon. That's 170 min of exercise for me today.

That puts me at 1460/2000 for the Sept exercise challenge! :jumping3:
 

:o I took today off, but I got 4,600 steps between work & shopping. ;) At least I wasn't laying around while I took an exercise day-off. ;)

I felt very energetic today so I did another work out. Firm body sculpt (lower body). I'm really trying to get my hips and thighs in shape! So that brings me to 630/1000. Woohoo!!!
 
Today another 75 minutes which brings me up to 735/1000. Could you change my overall total to 2000? That would give a bigger push for the end of the month!
So.......735/2000
 
I wasn't able to exercise as much today. I spent the afternoon in A & E with my DD. She had an accident at school and ended up with a broken arm ( which is broken in 2 places!) and concussion! :eek: At first they thought that she fractured her skull, as the bump on her forehead is pretty big and messy! However they just told us to keep an eye on her for a few days, and make sure everything is ok.

Anyway I was able to still do 112 minutes of exercise. Which now puts me at 2264/2500. :hyper:

Friday I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 45 minutes swimming and Saturday I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 60 minutes swimming.
 
I'm adding 30 more minutes to my total for today, that will bring me to 825/2000. :)

Catherine, I hope your daughter is alright, sending prayers her way. :hug:

I'm ready, you can add me to the 50% club.

I haven't been checking in, however, I do keep track of my time.

To catch up I walked on my treadmill 3 different times today:
30 minutes
30 minutes
35 minutes
95 minutes today brings me to a total for the month of 526 minutes.

Thanks for this challenge. I didn't reach my goals on some of the others but I'm going to make this one.

Went to Daytona Beach today, spent 180 min surf swimming, bodysurfing, & walking on the beach! I absolutely love swimming in the surf! It is so much more fun than doing laps in a pool!
I'm gonna be really tired tomorrow though! My upper arms are feeling it already!
With today's minutes added in, I'm now at 1640/2000 min as of Sat. 9/18.

Catherine, hope your DD will be OK! Sorry to hear about her accident!
 
Thanks Michelle and Nancy for your kind words! My DD seems to be ok, apart from the big bump on her head and the fact that she can't use her arm! :( It would have to be her right arm that she broke, she is right handed! :rolleyes:

I did 80 minutes of exercise yesterday (Sat.) which now puts me at 2344/2500 :hyper:
 
Sunday I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 50 minutes swimming.
