WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

Hi Rae Ann...thanks for fixing my total! I am adding 105 minutes today! That put me halfway!! My body is aching all over!

I'm editing to add another 50 minutes...went for an evening walk! That now puts me at 855/1500!

My total is moving right along. Time to add 340 minutes to my total from the last time i checked in. Everybody sounds like they are really doing great. Now its time to make 1 last push to the end of the month and the challenge.

Please add 60 minutes of walk/run to my total. I know I post almost daily but that little bit of accountability is making all the difference in my working out. Thanks for keeping me on track!!
 
Only got in 75 minutes today. That should get me 1735/2000. Only 265 to my goal!!!!
 

Ok, today I was alittle tired.....50 minutes of exercize....45 minutes of cardio and 5 minutes of abs!

910/1500
 
I have been making my way. I am currently at 693/100.

Everyone is doing a great job!

I am actually having a good time gathering my info to post here. It does provide me some desire to continue my trek.

Wow, you folks that have chosen 1500, 2000 + minutes are REALLY IMPRESSIVE! I'm hoping to just make my 1,000.:o

Checking in today with 62 minutes...finally past the halfway mark, so I can turn blue!! Yippee!

I have a little bit of catch up to do, as I haven't posted here in a few days. Here's what I have to report:

Sun 9/19 - 60 min
Mon 9/20 - 0 min - day off
Tues 9/21 - 120 min

Total to be added 180 min! :Pinkbounc

That brings me to 1820/2000 for the Sept exercise challenge! :moped:

KimRaye, you have to take into consideration that when DH retired early, I did, too! And we don't have kids to take care of, so that doesn't cut into our exercise time, so I have no excuses for not getting in my exercise every day! That's how I am able to get in as many minutes as I do! If you're working and taking care of kids & still find time to exercise 1000 min/month then you're doing great!

It's great to see so many challengers past the halfway mark & closing in on their total goal! :cheer2:

Tuesday I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 50 minutes swimming.
 
I did 45 minutes yesterday, so I am at 817/1000

Only183 more to go:tongue:

I did another 145 minutes of exercise yesterday (Tues.) That now puts me at 2724/3000
 
Please add 100 minutes for me. That puts me at goal!!!! Next month I will make my goal BIGGER! Oh what fun:bounce:

BTW, thanks so much for doing this challenge. Its a lot of work for you and a lot of fun for us!!!! I really appreciate your effort::yes::
