Thanks everyone, my toe is still purple and slightly uncomfortable, but obviously it's ok, and DD is just fine also....it's like her 'big event' from the weekend to announce at school now.
Catherine, your poor DD is much worse off though, so sorry to hear that! Healing {{HUGS}} for her, and you, too!
Checking in for week 3. I had a lighter week this time after mega-walking-week-two, so I'm only checking in with 180 minutes. That should put me at 1080/1000, though. Yay!
I think I'll just keep going without setting a higher goal and see where I end up, then I'll use that info to set next month's goal.
Hope everyone out there (and their daughters) who had a rough week are feeling better again!
Please add 120 minutes (put in my new yard on Sunday) actual 6 hour but I figure 120 of reall hard labor) and 45 minutes at fitness express today.

Yesterday, I did 65 minutes and today I did 60 minutes of cardio.
Sorry about my inconsistency here...I would like to set my goal for 1500 minutes this month. I want it to push me but be possible. Thx for your patience!!
Things are getting back to normal around here, thank goodness! So I was able to do a bit more exercise. Yesterday, I did 160 minutes. That now puts me at 2579/2500.

Really, though, I think you're amazing for the amount of daily exercise you fit in, that's great. Glad your DD is better...concussions are scary things!
I did a short Firm ab work out this morning from super body sculpt. It was only 10 minutes but I'm sore today so I gave myself a little break. My total is now 730/1000. Thanks RaeAnn!
