WISH Exercise Challenge September 2004

Back at it today... put me down for 120 today!

If my math is correct, that should be 1660/2000!!! Hoping to get to my goal by the end of the week:D
 
Thanks everyone, my toe is still purple and slightly uncomfortable, but obviously it's ok, and DD is just fine also....it's like her 'big event' from the weekend to announce at school now. :rolleyes: ;)

Catherine, your poor DD is much worse off though, so sorry to hear that! Healing {{HUGS}} for her, and you, too! ;)
 
Checking in for week 3. I had a lighter week this time after mega-walking-week-two, so I'm only checking in with 180 minutes. That should put me at 1080/1000, though. Yay! :)

I think I'll just keep going without setting a higher goal and see where I end up, then I'll use that info to set next month's goal.

Hope everyone out there (and their daughters) who had a rough week are feeling better again!

Please add 120 minutes (put in my new yard on Sunday) actual 6 hour but I figure 120 of reall hard labor) and 45 minutes at fitness express today.

Yesterday, I did 65 minutes and today I did 60 minutes of cardio.

Sorry about my inconsistency here...I would like to set my goal for 1500 minutes this month. I want it to push me but be possible. Thx for your patience!!

Monday I did 50 minutes on the treadmill and 50 minutes swimming.

Things are getting back to normal around here, thank goodness! :hyper: So I was able to do a bit more exercise. Yesterday, I did 160 minutes. That now puts me at 2579/2500.

Thanks once again Rae Ann, for all the work and effort that you are putting into this! :sunny: Can you please up my goal to 3000.

Aww, c'mon, Catherine...stop being a wimp...up it to 5000 minutes. ;)
Really, though, I think you're amazing for the amount of daily exercise you fit in, that's great. Glad your DD is better...concussions are scary things! :wave:

I did 55 minutes today

1045/155 almost there!!
 
I did a short Firm ab work out this morning from super body sculpt. It was only 10 minutes but I'm sore today so I gave myself a little break. My total is now 730/1000. Thanks RaeAnn!
 
In the last 2 days I have done 154 minutes. This puts my new total at 1360. Thanks
 
Please add 503 minutes to my total. I had some reallyyyyy longgg walks last week. Thanks so much! Where do I find the exercise clippie?
