WISH Committment Week 10

I didn't make it to chat last night, I hope that it was a good one. Just had way too much going on.

We are starting another week of our committments #10, can you believe it? It doesn't seem like we have been going this long.

I got my day started with 40 minutes on the TM and will be eating breakfast and drinking plenty of water today and counting my points. So, what is going to be your committment for the day or week. Right now I'm taking it one day at a time.

i missed chat last night too -- just didnt' realize the time until 10 pm

i'm sticking with my 4 pt only snack rule and no eating after 7 p.m. this is spring break week for us so I'll just leave it at that for this week. I challenge myself to stay OP all weekend too (I confessed to my dear buddies that sunday night I snuck some illegal snacks and then WISHed I hadn't!)

working out later this morning, finally going to try the FIRM max cardio plus abs

Good morning everyone,

Yesterday I did Fat Blasting Cardio and workout 3 of FIRM Abs.

Today I did Complete Body Sculpting. I had a really good workout this morning and I feel fabulous!!

This week I am committing to continuing my exercise. Working on my water and increasing my fruits and veggies this week. I did good yesterday with fruits and veggies and have a lot set out for today.

I can't believe its been 10 weeks. I really appreciate you guys starting this thread and getting me moving. My weight has been moving downwards since then, my body is really responding to all the exercise and my outer hips and Thighs are really melting away BIG TIME!! I am only 4.8 pounds away from my WW goal, and I couldn't have done it without you guys. BIG HUGS!!

Melanie!!! Cyber high five! that is awesome -- so many times when I do the FIRM I think of you and luvdoggies and all the FIRMing you do and how you MUST have NO hips! I have noticed a difference just doing it like twice a week for 4 weeks or so

must confess that AEG and I both broke our 7 pm. rule last night, tried a new "healthy" cookie my Dad and Paige baked while we were at a scrapbooking store. They were ok, nothing worth repeating ;)

otherwise I can report for AEG, since i'm using her username ;), is still on track with her eating, didn't exercise today due to painful knee that she is blaming my workout routine on! Help! Save me!

for me (ohMom) I'm still within pts for the week and exercising. Tonight i'm going to Nikki's (evansmom) aerobic class -- watch out! she's tough!

I can't officially WI as i'm not home, but AEG's scale is always so nice to me. It registered my goal weight, then 5 mins later it registered +2 lbs. so, go figure. i'll weigh in saturday morning at home
 

its wednesday already!!!! i have had a good week so far...

1st of all: i WON the school weight loss contest!
13% loss, beating 2 men at 10%!!!!

thank you all for keeping me accountable! this thread has helped me make goal, win $120.00 ...
and best of all meet wonderful people who care and help each other to maintain healthy lives!!!!!! what a wonderful thing!!


i have stayed OP every day this week, right on target with points and workouts. tonight i get to see Ohmom and workout and eat with her!!! how fun! she is cooking us up something yummy and healthy!!!

my commitment for the week is to drink plenty of h2o, my biggest downfall lately.

ohmom said it all for me today - "babying" my knee (well it is a good excuse - for having stayed up late talking to M)

I am here for a confession, I didn't get my exercise in yesterday and I am not feeling very motivated today. I'm not sure what is up, I'm just real tired. Anyway, just had to get that off of my chest.

AEG-I hope that your knee gets better soon. I have found that I can't do the squats and lunges because of the pain that I feel in my knees. I don't know if I'm just not doing them correctly or if my knees just can't take them.

evansmom-Way to go on winning the contest at school, you worked hard for it and deserve it.

Ohmom-Glad you're having a fun time with Mom, keep up the hard work. I know you two will keep each other accountable.

MelanieC-You will have those 4.8 pounds gone in no time. You are working so hard and you are so dedicated to your workout. Keep up the hard work.

Thanks for letting me hang around even when I'm not keeping my committments. Since I have been slack in my exercising this week, I'm not sure how WI will go tomorrow. I will just have to suck it up and remember that I did it to myself. I have had a lot of stress going on with taking over a new job at home and trying to learn how to juggle everything along with trying to organize two pinewood derby races - one for our church group and the other for scouts. Anyway, I know that I can't make excuses, I just have to get with the program. I am still counting points and doing pretty well with that, but I have to have my exercise for my body to drop the pounds. Thanks for listening to me whine, I'm finished now. Off to start the day and I am going to at least pop in the Walk a Mile tape before the day ends. That I am committing to.
