OK I am confused now.....
I reported on Monday that I was up 2 lbs. and I didn't think it was the work of the bloat fairy. I was not totally on plan late last week but I was still a little shocked at how much I had gained. Well I weighed-in again this morning and the scale showed me down 3.5 pounds! That puts me 1.5 pounds below last week's weigh-in!
This loss would put me at 21.5 pounds total and would also mean that I met my goal for the end of May.
I am almost afraid to count this as an official weigh-in. Do you only count your weekly weigh-in's as official of do you also sometimes count a mid-week weigh-in?
