WISH Check- in Week Of May 25

OK I am confused now.....

I reported on Monday that I was up 2 lbs. and I didn't think it was the work of the bloat fairy. I was not totally on plan late last week but I was still a little shocked at how much I had gained. Well I weighed-in again this morning and the scale showed me down 3.5 pounds! That puts me 1.5 pounds below last week's weigh-in! :) This loss would put me at 21.5 pounds total and would also mean that I met my goal for the end of May.

I am almost afraid to count this as an official weigh-in. Do you only count your weekly weigh-in's as official of do you also sometimes count a mid-week weigh-in?

Everyone is doing so fantastic - especially it being a holiday and all. Well done and congrats all around!

I lost 2.5 lbs this week for a total of 8 since joining wish on 5/10, and a total of 18 since becoming a diva on 4/23. Only 37 to go now - LOL!

I lost 2 pounds this week. Did a low carn WW diet. That's the most I have lost in 1 week in a LONG time. But I was really bad last night and ate a whole bowl of Pasta so I have to start all over today. Sigh....:rolleyes:
 
Weighed in this weekend but didn`t have time to post until today.

I`m down 2.5 pounds!! For a total of 18.5 pounds!!


woohoooooooooooooo Only 1.5 pounds to go till i get my shiney new 20lb. clippie!!

Just came from my weigh in. I lost .2 lbs. .2! The reason I'm so discouraged is I worked so hard this week to have a good result. I exercised almost every day and drank my water every day (which is a big accomplishment for me). I also stayed within my points. I was just hoping for more. I've never had such a small loss. I know its not a gain and I should be happy but I'm disappointed. :(
 
Yes, down 2 lbs. for a total of 19 almost have that new clippie!!

My favorite conversation this week was with co-worker who said "I think you really need some new pants- I don't see you in there, those are just too baggy". Let me tell you, I never thought I would have heard that!

Oh, yeah - this WW point counting is my favorite way to add em up and then lose!!!
 
Back has been shot since Sat am but my cravings have really almost disappeared....and I've had no problem eating within the proper limits....so, hopefully by Monday June 2 I will get another clippie....fingers crossed...

I think I need a new scale, I weighed at MIL and I thought it was down (had clothes on), but mine shows nothing. So I'll get another scale and see was going on. I was quite good this week and today I went and bought a box Atkins bars, for those sweet cravings. (so total lose still at 8.5lbs):smooth: only alittle more for that 10 clippie but for sure a new clippie next week!

zurg'swife - glad the back is feeling better and that the cravings are settling down.

MaMudduck - In addition to the bloat fairy and the whoosh fairy I truly believe there is some other "evil" fairy, or perhaps a gremlin out there that steps onto the scale behind us from time to time to just keep that scale "stuck" for days - even weeks - on end. Can't you just see them grinning their fool heads off as we get frustrated? ;) Hang in there. Because when they step off...well it's great!

I also couldn't wait to change my clippie to 15 since I have lost 15 pounds since joining the W.I.S.H challenge
 
I just checked in again to see how we are doing here! Keep posting, it keeps us all committed to a common goal. We will get there---together.

I went on a 14 mile bicycle ride last night. Whew! What fun! I am going onward and downward. Trying to reduce the carb intake and reading about the Atkins thing right now.
 
Hi all!
I responded already this week, but I had to check in again. I had my second measuring today at Curves and I have lost another 5.5 inches my grand total is 19.5 inches and weight is down another two pounds bringing that total to 17lbs.

I just signed up for the June Challenge at Curves, the person who looses the most wins a $50 gift certificate.

Congrats to all everyone is doing so well we are getting there together.

I just did my WI and I am happy to report that I am down 2 pds. Thank goodness after nothing last week. I have also lost 3" since I started measuring. PD to everyone else that is left to WI this week. :Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc
 
I stayed the same, but I'm not complaining, because I've been up a pound all week. So I'm glad that finally came off.
 
ok, checking-in again :) I weighed in today back to where I was last friday! Whew!! I had some major slips this weekend and Monday I showed a pound gain. So, back to a weekly result of maintaining which I'm thankful for after some slips :)

And........I know that I'm only weighing myself once a week! I can't take the stress!

I have decided today that I will try to hit my goal by July 4. I hope that keeps me on track better. I was feeling a bit good since I made my mini-goal two weeks early and was slacking. I think I need a calendar date goal to focus on!

And, I had my body fat checked today at the Y. I went from 26% to 22% +/- 5% error margin. I am happy with that but I'm still in need of some hip-melting here! Also, I plugged my measurements in the Zone website (I like their BF calculator) and it said 28%. So I'm thinking my margin of error is probably more on the plus side, but that's ok. It's still moving in the right direction!

Ok - hopefully I'll get myself back on schedule next week for WI - probably tuesday. Have a wonderful weekend everyone STAY ON PLAN!!!
 
Had my WW weigh-in this morning and I was down 0.4 since last week, for a total of 24.4! Those new clippies are always "just" out of reach, it seems. Next week for sure!

Actually, I am exactly 1.0 lb away from my WW goal, so I should get both next week!

I was really surprised that I lost anything this week. Between DD's graduation, going out to dinner, the party, and my mother having been here for almost 2 weeks, it wasn't exactly an ideal situation for LOSING weight, LOL!!
 
So that makes it 7.8 pounds total... and 1.8 pounds since I've joined WISH. I've just started running again... so hopefully I'll get to 10 pounds soon!!

Yahoo!! The waist on my jeans are getting loose! What a wonderful feeling!
 
I weighed in on my normal day and had stayed the same- ya know Memorial Day leftovers- but I officially had my end of May weigh and I lost 2 pounds since Tuesday!!! I am now 217- just one pound shy of my 20 pound clippie!!!
And to date I've lost 16 inches!!! WOHOOS!

ONWARD AND DOWNWARD WISHING SOLDIERS!!!

That makes 10 pounds for the month of April and 9 pounds for the month of May- first goal to be realized by September 23- the date of our next WDW trip!! I'm slimfasting- but because I've increased my exercise quite a bit I typically just slimfast for dinner and eat two meals now rather than one. In a nutshell I'm walking 15+ miles a week and working out at the Y two days.

Tara- about to attempt her first 6 mile walk- see ya in about an hour and 45 minutes!
