Holly, you know this is my very favorite WISH thread, well, except for the challenge thread (I love getting new members for my support group). I love to see you post this every week, truly look forward to seeing what progress everyone makes
MaMudduck Woo Hoo! 2.5 pounds gone forever. Thats 10 sticks of buttervery impressive. Good job this week.
You have almost earned that 10 pound loss clippie already. Doesnt that make you smile? I hope you are proud of you progress, you are doing so well. Im proud of you and so is everyone else, here on WISH.
You are working your way to goal and you are doing just great!
glo You have 20 minutes to get that sad smilie out of here. You know sad smilies are against the WISH posting guidelines. Im telling
Cheer up, sugar! You have done so well and come so far. You keep each and every one of us inspired and motivated. In fact, I want to be just like you when I grow up. I want to be a success like you have been.
Okay, smile, now. No sad smilies. You have a vacation coming up soon. You are going to have a ball! What? You didnt read the fine print on your hopper pass? Well, its right there on the back: All WISHers are required to have a BALL at Walt Disney World..
You are going to have fun, I promise
Sue & Co. Do you know what I just love about you? You didnt give up! That is a very important accomplishment, did you know that?
This week is going to be much better for you, sweetie. Your WISH friends have jumped right in there with advice for you and you are on your way to goal, because you didnt give up!
That is something to be proud of and I have to tell you that I am proud of you for not giving up. Good job!
Join us in chat at 7PM BST so that I can brag on you a little bit. You are so determined and motivated, I just would love to brag a teeny bit because you are part of my support group
NancyK Another two pounds gone forever. What a great feeling, huh?
How does it feel to be a success? Thats what you are, you know. You are a success and I am just so proud of you! You are reaching your weight goal and you are training for a marathon. What a great example you are for me. Way to go!
blanq I love your positive attitude. Its rather easy to stay positive when you accomplish a goal and boy did you accomplish a goal this week. Imagine spending a week at WDW and maintaining your weight. Very impressive, sweetie. Im so happy and proud for you.
What a wonderful example you are for me. I have set that same goal for myself for next week when I will be at WDW. The only problem I anticipate is the bloat fairy...I imagine that stinker will know exactly where to find me, even though Im changing resorts after two days.
I am just proud of you, sweetie. You are keeping me motivated.
PartyofSix Holy cowabunga! Look at you go! Another three pounds gone forever, what a great feeling that must be.
Doesnt it just make you smile? Doesnt it just make you feel proud? You should feel proud you are a wonderful success at this weight loss stuff.
You are on your way to goal and kicking up dust. Im so glad you are part of my support group. See how much you have motivated me today?
SnackyStacky I cant believe you waited so long to announce you reached goal!! I would have popped, wouldnt have made it
I am so proud of you, Dan. You have reached goal, what a wonderful and happy accomplishment. Im so proud of you.
So HA!! to those teacups, you will never fill one up again. You are at goal, my goodness, why arent you bouncing around? Are you too shy to bounce with joy? Im not one bit shy
Hey, hold the phone! Everybody out of the pool! Wait a minute....where is your goal clipart? I would have had that baby in my siggie so fast it would have made Pete Werner dizzy.
Go get that goal clipart and wear it proudly. You earned it, you worked hard and you succeeded and we are all just so proud of you.
Promise that you will stay with us on WISH. I know that your shining example keeps me motivated and determined to reach my goal. Way to go, my friend.
This is just so exciting!!!
PadisMOM Setting a goal to maintain your weight is an admirable goal. Ill bet you do just fine maintaining.
See how you have motivated me? I want to maintain my weight at WDW next week. Im going to do that too. Im glad you are part of my support group.
GarrettJD If you are still in ketosis you didnt do any damage, at all. Thats quite an accomplishment--that tells me that you are so determined and motivated that you must have subconciously controlled your intake of refined carbohydrates. Way to go! Im really proud of you and I hope you are feeling proud of yourself too.
Meriweather Im sure glad you added that happy smilie about maintaining your weight this past week. Im still all worn out for celebrating Dan reaching goal, I dont think I would have the energy to celebrate your accomplishment.
You know how I feel about maintaining your weight, I think its great! It proves that you have made some of your good habits permanent, you stayed in control and you have proven that when you have lost all the weight you want to lose you will be able to keep it off.
Way to go, sweetie! Doesnt that just make you want to stand tall and be proud of yourself. All of your WISH friends are proud of you, especially me.
Nancy, I am so tickled that you decided to delurk and join in with the fun of WISH. You are a great example for me.
KayleeUK Way to go!!! Look at how well you are doing! Another 1.5 pounds gone forever. You are focused, on track and heading for goal. AND you have a wonderfully positive attitude about the whole thing. What a great example you are for me.
I love to see you celebrate your success, you make me smile and you make me feel proud. I sure hope you feel proud of yourself!
maryliz Oh come on. You can do better than that, you maintained your weight this past week. Dont you see how great that is? You faced challenges but you overcame them and you didnt gain even one ounce!
I happen to think that is an accomplishment, sweetie. I happen to think that proving that you are going to be able to keep from gaining back the weight you lose is a great accomplishment. That is progress. That is something that should make you feel proud. Are you feeling proud? I sure hope so because I am proud of you.
Oh sure, I know that maintaining isnt as much fun as losing but it about a kajillion more times as much fun as gaining. Good job! You are headed for goal and you just proved to yourself that when you get there, you can stay there. Great feeling, isnt it?
I love watching my WISH friends travel along the road to goal. Its just so motivating and inspirational for me.
If you lost even one ounce this past week, congratulations! If you maintained your weight, celebrate that as a success because that is surely a triumph.
If you reached goal this past week....CELEBRATE YOUR LITTLE SOCKS OFF!!!!! Im just so proud of you all.
Onward and downward my friends you are on your way to goal and you are so successful that you make me beam with pride.
