Hello WISHers!! Well it is that time of the week again!!! Well I actually am pretty happy with the results fot this week. THere was a lot going on and I really haven't counted points. I gained 1 lb. BUt it is only a pund so I am happy. Now the hard part is to get back ontrack!!! I hope everyone had a great week!!! So how good or not so good was it??

Well even though work was terrible this week the weight was great. I lost 2 lbs and am 1 lb away from the new clip art of 10lbs since joining this site. Acutally I am very proud of myself since I tend to eat when stressed and was able to avoid this urge this week :D
Jiminy, I know how you feel there is some weeks where a weight gain is ok as long as you get back on track.
Good luck this week to all who didn't lose and my wishes for a great weight loss week for all:D

Tomorrow is my official weigh in but I'm at 3.5 lbs this morning. That's a total loss of 7.5 lbs in 2 weeks for me.

Holly, attitude is everything and it sounds like yours is dead on! I know how hard it can be to get back on track, but I also know that you can do it.

padislover, way to go! 10 pounds since you started is a lot!! That's awesome! You're doing great!

Tina, 8 pounds in 2 weeks?!?!?! That's amazing! Congratulations!

I had a bad week last week eating wise, BUT, I had a good weigh-in! I didn't count points at all, and managed to lose .6 pounds. I'm REALLY thrilled about this because it means that I'm able to control myself without being obsessive about counting my points. Don't get me wrong, I still need to count them as much as I can, but I take it as a good sign that even if I don't, I'll still be okay.

Good morning everyone

Holly - with your great attitude, you'll be rid of that pound in no time. We really appreciate you starting this thread every week.

padisneylover - Congratulations on that 2 pounds!

tinaw - looks like you're on your way. 7.5 pounds in only two weeks? That's wonderful.

Dan - it sounds like you have your maintenance under control. Way to go! Can't wait until I get that lovely red goal clippie.

I am down a pound this week - so I traded in my clippie for the 45 pound model.:Pinkbounc

Congratulations everyone - whether you lost, maintained, or gained - we're all winners!

Jiminy102 My goodness, sweetie. You stay on the go more than I do. You need to come up with a plan for those busy days.

I'll bet that one pound is not a true gain, I'll bet that nasty BF found you and gave you a little "thump" for eating off plan foods. I'll bet you get rid of that pound very soon and hopefully another pound too.

Thanks for always posting the check in thread for us, Holly. You know how much I love it and now that I'm home for a few weeks I hope I can stay caught up with it.

padisneylover Way to go! Two pounds gone forever. That is a wonderful accomplishment for a stressful week. I eat when I'm under stress too.

I'm just so proud of you for staying on track when you really wanted some comfort foods. You are going to have that new clippie very soon. Be proud of yourself, you are a true WISH success!

tinaw Another 3.5 pounds gone forever! That is just wonderful progress. What a great example you are for me. Did you lose all 7.5 pounds since taking the WISH challenge? Way to go!

What is your plan? Whatever it is, it is sure working well for you. You still have two months before you leave for WDW, just think how svelte you are going to be by then. Keep this up and you will be a goal soon. Stand up straight and be proud of yourself, all of your WISH pals are proud of you!

SnackyStacky Dan, you have definitely internalized the principles of WW. That's whole idea, right? You are doing so great. Another loss while on maintenance is awesome.

If WW doesn't allow you to be a leader they are losing a jewel for their crown. You would be a terrific WW leader.

I know you are proud of yourself and you should be, you are a success!

NancyK WOW! Look at that gorgeous new clippie! I am a little envious. You have worked hard and you are reaping your reward. Another pound gone forever and a new clipart. A pretty one too ;)

You are an excellent example for me, I'm so glad that you are part of my support group. I hope you realize what a great job you are doing and I hope you are feeling proud of yourself. I'm certainly proud of you!

Good job everyone. We are all on our way to goal--it is such a motivation for me to watch you progress. It proves to me that I can do it too, I really appreciate you all for that.

Onward and downward my friends.

Katholyn

Well...I got on the scales this morning after church and I weighed three times to make sure!! I am down 3 pounds this week!!! I was so down in the dumps for most of the week. At the beginning of the week I was showing a 5 pound gain!!! So...to actually show a loss has taken my breath away!!!

Thanks for all the encouragement everyone!! I am pretty proud of myself , if I do say so myself.:)I have had A LOT of temptation in the last 2 weeks. 3 birthday parties, 2 picnics and a graduation party!
nativetxn: I am doing Atkins and yes I have lost the 7.5 lbs since taking the wish challenge! It looks like you are doing pretty darn good yourself! 42 lbs in 6 months! You are a role model for everyone:teeth:

Had a really good week. Atkins seems to be working really well for me. I have been on induction for three weeks, first week was a waste because I really wasn't into the regime. Well the last two weeks have gone quickly and I have been very good. Official weigh in is tomorrow but I went on the scales this morning. I've lost 13 1/2 pounds.

I am happy to report that this morning I had lost that pound and a half from last week plus I was down another pound so I am officially into the 130's once again. I have been faithfully following the WW's plan and it seems it has finally started to work! I have been so impressed with all the encouragement that I have recieved from all the WISH members, thanks to everyone!

Congratulations to all of you! Even those who may not have lost have such great attitudes, one of the reasons I love coming here!

As for me, I remained the same from last week, but I think I may have lost a little in inches. A little frustrating, but I was away on a 2 night business trip last week and didn't really have much choice in terms of where we were eating. (I had this really yummy crab cake benedict, and after I ate most of it, I looked at one of my travel-mates and noticed she didn't eat most of the muffin...DUH, why didn't I think of that???)

I'm determined to get back on track this week though, I've already started. I need to get closer to my mini-goal!!!

My last weigh-in before vacation. Unfortunately, the BF found me this week so I am up 3 pounds. I am still at the lowest weight I've been in at least a couple of years, so I am still loving Atkins. Everyone keep up the good work and I'll see you all in a couple of weigh-ins. Just saw that someone added a clippie to my sig.--thanks so much!!

Good going everyone, even those with a little gain. We're all going to have our ups and downs, so try not to be discouraged.

My slow but sure weight loss continues...after 2 weeks of tiny losses, and one week with no loss, this week I lost 3 pounds and claimed my 15 pound clippie. I've lost 16 pounds in 7 weeks. :)

I lost the 1/2 pound that I gained last week, plus another
1 1/2 pounds on top of it. This brings my WISH loss to 18 pounds. :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Have a great week everyone. Congrats to all for keeping the WISH group thriving ... I couldn't be doing this without you :sunny:

Good Sunday Evening Everyone,

I am happy to report that I haven't gained a single pound since starting this medication that is supposed to cause a 5 to 10 pound weight gain. It's been tough slugging when the scale doesn't go down but hopefully it should start to go down once more.

This puts my total wish lost at 11 pounds, but I've lost over 50 pounds since 2000. I'm happy not to have gained any of that weight back and am still hoping for 14 more pounds before I go to Disney the end of September.

Have a super week everyone!!

mum4jenn Way to go! Another 3 pounds gone forever. Look at you go! You are just burning up that road to goal. It's easier having your dh on the same plan isn't it? It is very helpful for me.

Only two more pounds and you get a new clippie. You are doing a great job. I hope you are feeling very proud of yourself, we are all proud of you.

tinaw I've sent off a request for help to one of our technical mods, I imagine you will have that new 5 pound loss clippie sometime tomorrow. You are just doing a great job :)
minniespal Thank you for posting here, too. Now I get to celebrate again I just love celebrating my WISH friend's successes. What a wonderful loss you have had. You are doing great :bounce: :bounce:

vfb2girls I knew you could do it, all along! You got rid of that BF and you lost another pound. See how successful you are? You are a great example for me.

Did you measure yourself? Be sure and do that, it's important. After you measure yourself, be sure and stand up tall and be proud. You didn't give up even though you were feeling a little discouraged. I'm so proud of you for doing that!

LuvTigger Two words: measure yourself.

Okay, so I fibbed, I can't type just two words ;-) I just go on and on, I can't help myself.

You need to make a plan for those business trips, a way to allow you to stay on plan. It isn't as difficult as you might think, honest.

Good for you maintaining your weight even though you were travelling. It isn't always easy to do that, I know. You have a wonderfully positive attitude, I do not have one doubt that you are going to reach your goal with such a positive attitude. You will help others reach goal too. Thanks for posting here today.

NCRedding That stinking BF. The silly creature is at my house too, no one is safe. I'm glad you realize that the higher number on the scale isn't anything to be upset about, it's just fluid. It will go away.

Have a wonderful trip. Hurry back to us soon, we miss you when you aren't around you know.

Love that 25 pound loss clipart, it looks great on you!

addicted_to_WDW WOO HOO!!!!! Look at that gorgeous new clippie of yours. You have a great attitude, what a help you are for all of us. Another 3 pounds gone forever and a new clippie. Way to go!

I hope you are feeling proud of yourself, I'm sure feeling proud of you!

maryliz I knew you would show a loss this week. Another pound and a half gone forever! You are on your way to goal for sure. You are only 2 pounds away from a new clippie too.

You are doing so well, MaryLiz. I'm so proud of you.

Susan--Ontario Good for you not gaining even when the medication causes a gain. You are doing a great job in the face of the challenge of medication, I'm really proud of you.

I'll bet you reach your goal by the end of September, all of your WISH friends plan to help you.

Thanks for checking in everyone. I find the check in thread to be very motivating for me. You help us all when you post here.

Congratulations to all who lost this past week. If you maintained your weight just remember what a great accomplishment that is, you are proving that you can maintain your loss when you have lost all you want to lose. If you gained this past week, I'm so proud of you for not giving up, hang in there.

Onward and downwards everyone. We are on our way to goal.

Im a loser after my second week of induction! I lost a total of 3 pounds this week! Not as much as last week or as much as i had hoped for but a total of 14 pound is good!:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: thanks for the support.

I lost 5 pounds this week! And I am headed to Myrtle Beach so I'll check in on ya'll next Monday.

Everyone keep up the good work!!

Hi all,

Had a good week! Daily exercise seems to be paying off, and this version of the Paleolithic Diet that I'm doing works really well for me - I LOVE greens and vegetables (not so much the starchy ones, though), and I'm getting plenty of protein as well. I feel so GOOD!

Soooo... This week, I'm down to 132, which brings my total loss to six pounds. Cool!

Have a wonderful week, everyone!

Daisy;)

I had to post this before the scale changes it's mind. I had to get on twice to believe it. I'm down 4lbs!!!!! When I did my pre-weigh last night it looked like I was only down 2lbs but I doubled checked and it still read 219. I am so happy!!!!! It may be shortlived though since my first TOM on WISH is coming this week. But my goal for the week is to still get in my exercise and try to keep up my water intake, which is hard for me b/c I feel really full and bloated during TOM. COngrats to all who lost -you're doing great. WTG for those who maintained, I know that can be a challenge too. And don't give up for those who gained, it happens to everyone and you just have to get right back on track and stay strong.

This is also the end of my first week using Kamy's workout plan thingie. My goal is to walk 5miles for the week (1mile for 5days) and 3 days of upper body and abs and I ended up with 7miles in 6 days and 4 days of ub and abs. I can't wait to go get my new nail polish after work today.

Have a great week everyone!!

PS to anyone who saw this post before 9am I made a booboo and put 119 as my new weight, um must have been wishful thinking LOL.
