I told you I'd be back
Dimplenose Now that is an excellent attitude! I'm chuffed on your behalf sweetie. You are doing so well. Another two pounds gone forever. You're making better choices and losing weight, you are such a wonderful success!
I'm so happy and proud for you. Keep it up, you are on your way to goal and I'm staying motivated myself just watching you get there.
Zoo Keeper WOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!! Look at you go! You are just tearing up that road to goal. Losing 3.5 pounds in one week is excellent progress and wonderful success. You are a terrific role model for me, sweetie.
I love your enthusiasm and terrific positive attitude. You have a pretty great winning attitude, cutie. I'm proud of you!
Snow White Excellent! How does it feel to be a success? Are you feeling proud? You'd better be, I'm sure proud of you. Losing 33 pounds in terrific progress. How much have you lost since taking the WISH challenge? Have you earned a new clipart yet?
I noticed that you were missing from WISH. I was beginning to get worried about you, I'm so glad to see you back with us today. Please don't stay away so long, I miss you when you aren't around. You are an important part of my support group.
Great job this week you are on your way to goal and nothing is going to stop you now.
lmhall2000 HOLY COWABUNGA!!!! You are just tearing up that road to goal, aren't you? Look at what a great job you are doing with your new and healthy lifestyle. Don't you just feel extra proud of yourself, this week? Not only did you lose another 4 pounds forever but you ran a mile today! I'm so happy and proud of you sweetie. You are a wonderful and shining example for me and a true motivation.
I sure hope you reach onederland next week. I don't doubt that you will succeed, look how successful you have been already!
disnygoof Another 2.6 pounds gone forever? You are doing a fantastic job! How does it feel to be a success?
I hope you are feeling proud of yourself. All of your WISH friends are proud of you, especially me. Keep it up, you are definitely on your way to goal. You will have that 15 pound loss clipart very, very soon. I'm sure of it.
Tink33 Hi sweetie! I'm so glad you checked in this week. I'm not one bit surprised that you are under goal weight, you are just too motivated and determined to allow the scale to move in the other direction.
Remember how proud we all are of you when you glide into that reunion looking stunning and svelte. Have a ball!
lisajl I think it will be very helpful for your husband to also begin eating sensibly. I'm not sure if you follow a formal eating plan already but if you do not, you might want to consider trying that, sometimes just a little added structure to our eating plan makes a big difference. Just something to think about.
If you've been working out at Curves regularly then there is a good chance that you are replacing fat with muscle and I'm sure you know that muscle weighs more than fat. That is a good thing
Hang in there. You maintained your weight this past week and that is a good thing, so much more fun than gaining, isn't it? I'll bet you show a loss next week. {{{HUGS}}}
Cheryl N. WI You ate popcorn and you still lost a pound? Awesome! You are doing a great job. I know that I had to stop eating the low carb chocolate for a while because it seemed to slow my loss. Carbolite makes a wonderful dark chocolate but I only eat a bar a week now instead of a bar a day
Start working on your plan for your trip. Have you made a plan for those picnics and your trip to see your sister? You know, your sister might want to try to make some low carb muffins, they are really good and she might even find other Atkins people who would buy them from her.
Good luck with the picnics and your trip. Don't obsess over food, just make the best choices you can. Have lots and lots of fun, especially when you visit your sister. Life is so short, we need to enjoy every minute. We just need to learn to not make food the focus of our joy
DISNEYFANRI *gasp* Is that a mad smilie? YIKES! Come on sweetie. Don't be so discouraged. You just learned something very important about yourself. A very valuable something: you need structure. I need structure too. Most people do need more structure to lose weight. So, now you know.
One of the most important factors in successful weight loss is having a plan that is best for you. Find that plan and you will be on your way to goal. Whether it is WW, Atkins or Low Fat or some combination, doesn't matter....it just needs to "fit" you.
The really neat thing is that no matter what plan you choose, you will have the WISH support group standing beside you, always ready to help--and we care.
So! Stand up straight, put a smile on that sweet face of yours and be proud of yourself. You have learned a valuable lesson and are taking measures to correct the problem. You are doing great and I'm really proud of you.
elisebutt Well, look at you. Major cheating going on and you still lost a pound. Did the rice knock you out of ketosis? Well you'll get right back in. I wouldn't tempt fate too often with that Thai food though
You are doing a great job working your way to goal. I'll bet if you avoid the rice and prawn crackers this week you will lose even more by next weigh in. Keep it up!
ohMom Well, you know....I understand that partying hearty can cause weight gain ;-) Actually, I imagine that pound is simply a little fluid and will be gone soon, I just hope the BF doesn't send it my way
You're doing fine. You look really good, you couldn't have too much more weight to lose. You will reach your goal. You're a WISHer, sweetie. Success is your only option
O'BWV WOW! Look at that gorgeous new clippie! Another 1.5 pounds gone forever and a new clipart. Look how great you are doing. Doesn't it just make you feel proud to see evidence of your success? I'm sure proud of you. You are doing a great job!
Keep this up and you will be at goal in no time at all.
campingcorgi Look at you go! You are really doing well with your WW healthy eating plan. Another 2.6 pounds gone forever. What a wonderful success you are.
I love your wonderfully positive attitude. That attitude is going to help you reach your goal and stay there. Be very proud of yourself, you have a lot to be proud of and I'm really proud of you.
Tiger Lily 03 You're doing great, sweetie. You lost two pounds and you can fit into a size that was once too small. I'm glad you are feeling proud of yourself, you should be feeling proud. You know all of your friends here on WISH are proud of you.
Keep up the great work, you are a wonderful success and I have no doubt that you are going to do fine next week. There is no challenge you can't beat, I'm sure of it. Look how successful you are already!
Mom2Princesses Nancy, still sad about last week? Just be happy about your terrific success this week. We had a great time at Kamy's didn't we? And you lost two whole pounds. That's definitely something to be happy and proud about. Are you feeling proud? I'm feeling proud of you, sweetie.
You are doing a great job. Since you say you are "hoping" that you lost inches last week, then I'm going to guess that means you haven't weighed yourself yet. You need to measure yourself, sweetie. It's very important...not much fun, but very important. There will be more weeks when you don't see pounds gone but you will lose inches instead. You need to measure yourself, okay? Besides, it's even more exciting to see the inches disappear than it is to see a smaller number on the scale. At least, it's more fun for me.
Liz I'm pretty sure that .4 gain is not a true gain. It's probably just fluid retention from those off plan foods. It will go away soon.
You are newly determined and focused on your goal again. You will show a loss next weigh in I'm sure. You earned your clippie so you get to keep it, even if you gain .2 pounds--heck, even if you gain 10 pounds, you still get to keep it. You earned it, sweetie.
I'm proud of your determination!
DISshopkeeper Our WISH merchant! Love your new name, Dorothy and your new job description

You have taken on a job that will surely keep you too busy to worry about snacking, huh?
Another two pounds gone forever, good job! You are working your way to goal and doing so well. I'm really proud of you, be proud of yourself!
audflash You have a very positive attitude, I like that a lot! Even though you showed a gain you are still determined and motivated. Excellent!
Hmmm, think we can come up with a plan for you and your cookie cravings? I'll bet we can. All we need to do is call on our Atkins experts. That's the perfect topic for posting isn't it? You should do that, I'll bet you get lots of ideas.
Sometimes I will buy the carbolite shortbread (when I can find it). Almost 3 grams of carbs each but oh so worth it. At 99 cents each I rarely eat more than one and it takes care of that mouth hunger for a cookie. You should try one, you can get them at Walgreens.
By the way, Audrey, have I mentioned that I'll be in Phoenix in October? I probably have...I'm so anxious to go back "home" again. Let's have a meet if we can
ebaynut31 You are calm for someone who lost three whole pounds in one week. No WOOHOO??? No bouncing? Okay, if you say so. I would be bouncing up and down like Tigger if I lost that much weight in one week. I don't consider 3 pounds in one week to be very slow, though
You are doing great with this new and healthy lifestyle of yours. You are steadily working your way to goal. Good job! I'm glad you are part of my support group--you are a great example for me.
WHEW! I did it! I'm caught up again. I love the check in thread. Keep up the good work, everyone. Onward and downward!
