When can I make my dining reservations? confused

Hi,
I am confused as to when I can make my disney world dining reservations.
I arrive in Orlando on May 5th. (We are there from May 5th to May 12th)
I know the typical is 60 days but I thought those staying on Disney Property get an extra ten days? (It says on the website everyone else is 60 days)
I will paste it below. We are staying at the Contemporary Resort.
So what date would I be allowed to make my dining reservations? February 24th? Or March 4th?

When to Book
Here’s when you can make dining reservations:

• Guests with a Valid Disney Resort Hotel Reservation: Make reservations 60 days in advance of your arrival for your entire length of stay (for up to a 10-night stay). This can help you enjoy streamlined vacation planning, since you can make all your reservations on the same day—rather than checking availability day after day.
• All Other Guests: Make reservations 60 days in advance.
• At approximately 6:00 AM daily, new reservation booking windows become available for select Walt Disney World restaurants.

I believe it would actually be March 6th. You booked 60 days ahead of time for up to 10 days of your stay. So you can book from May 5th to I believe the 15th when you log on to book on March 6th.
