Pam, I hope you have a great weekend.
Lisa, it sounds like you had an exhausting week! What hard work - physically and mentally! I find that I do struggle a lot with seeing my parents age, I guess that is part of what people call midlife crises. You grow up being used to your parents being fit and then suddenly they are old and need your help. I hope that the week also brought back happy memories though!

Hmm, TWO things?? Well, the first one is that I am back to exercising regularly. At least that's the plan. I went for a run on Friday and am scheduled for another run today. The second thing is that I am back to tracking my food. And with that comes at least a certain amount of meal planning. So, both really basic things, but since they have been lacking in the past few weeks, I think I need to get the basics right first.
